    LOL :rotfl:

Worst still they all come across as having enough common sense to grasp english very well :D

To the 4S owner: mate it is faster than your 4S as well its not slowed down by all your stored data on the hard drive, fancy a Android or Windows Phone 8 where all your data is stored on Micro SD as not to slow down your operating system...
SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe ;)

If someone already has an iPhone, like I have the 4s, I wouldn't recommend they get the new the iPhone, but if you haven't got an iPhone I would recommend getting one.

What about those with an iPhone 4, not 4S.

I eagerly awaited the iPhone 5 but feeling a bit underwhelmed about it so far. Really wanted a larger screen but it's not that much bigger.

why pay out large money to be underwhelmed?

Doesn't bother me either way, negative or not.

But on a thread that is title "iPhone 5 - what are we expecting?", I also chuckle, if only for the irony, at all the comments from the iPhone haters.

    Now onto your own insecurities....

I think the point in bold says it all.

The rest is just your own insecurities telling everyone how bad a product is that you have never actually used or owned.

I am neither a fanboy or a hater.

I just appreciate a good product, just as you appreciate the ipod touch.

If someone already has an iPhone, like I have the 4s, I wouldn't recommend they get the new the iPhone, but if you haven't got an iPhone I would recommend getting one. I can also base my recommendation on having owned and used an iPhone and compare it to having owned and used other smart phones.

You still don't get my point.

Even though you are an apparent iPhone hater, you seem to religiously follow it, from the original iPhone to the iPhone 5.

Now I still cannot think of another phone that would create this sort of reaction. People might talk about a new phone for a few days or weeks, but for people (who profess to hate it), to follow it for years, seems odd to me.

:rotfl:Its true what they say! There is no getting through to an iphone fanboy! You seem to have disregarded the majority of what ive said and come to your own conclusion anyway!

I follow an awful lot of technology, apple just being part of it. The iphone was the phone which started the new era of smartphones, so of course im going to follow it! This thread is about expectations and the iphone 5 didnt meet mine. I was hoping for it to be a Galaxy S3 beater, but in my own opinion it didnt happen. Maybe the iphone 6 will move me across.

I dont understand why you call me an iphone hater!! Nor do I understand why you say I follow it religiously!

    Seriosuly, get a grip man!

I see the thread is still chugging along, mainly with comments from those who don't like the iPhone......

    :p

The thread title is "Iphone 5 - what are we expecting?"

Not "iPhone 5 - what are all the fanboys expecting?"

Or "iPhone 5 - Lets all worship the apple god"

It was exactly what I was expecting.. lots of hype and marketing over a phone that is, at best, underwhelming.
    Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently! ;)
