    Robin hood in October. Starting with 10k in derby in April just to see what it's like to run near people... Have currently been banned from running since Christmas by Dave and 2 best mates as keep getting low heart rate, chest tightness and breathless. Hoping it resolves itself as utterly cheesed off and desperate to get back outside, might have to concentrate on strength training until sorted.

    What does the doctor say (am guessing I already know the answer :naughty:).
    A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

    To see cardiologist, 24 hour tape. Rarely go to gp, congratulated me on weight loss and he thinks I'm sensible..

    The joy of having all my closest friends as nurses, I have been told off by everyone so I'm sensing everyone's of the same opinion, that I've caused this and need to stop... wouldn't mind but pre Christmas day, I've never felt as fit in my life.

    I hope you feel better soon and can get back running. Every year I think I'll do the Derby 10k and every year I'm not at all ready to do it! Maybe 2016 will be my year.
