Another 1lb lighter.
Went open practice skiing last night, half price session and we had the slopes to ourselves. Despite raining on the way there, it was clear and dry for our entire session. Confidence levels have definitely improved. Booked another lesson for next week.
Ran this morning, running up a huge hill with pouring rain and a stitch was a low point but survived and although cut it shorter as was soaked, still did just over 7 mile.
Lots of chores to do but also have a bonfire party later so good job calories earnt for burgers later.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

Signed up for 10k in April. Plan is hm in September but starting to think marathon would be doable????? Currently running 20mile Plus in a week.
Lots of eBay skiing parcels should be enroute, feel although spendthrift, very bargainous. Next lesson Sunday.
Lots of jobs done today, such as booking tickets for dd 1 concert, 10k entry, and other bits outstanding done.
Bought loads of thermals from aldi yesterday as well as insulated walking trousers which wore last night for bonfire.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

No wonder the lbs are still melting, you are doing amazingly well with distances. How do you find time Helen? Do you do long days? Well done on race entry, 10k is nothing for you now! Be a walk in the park!June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0

I generally work Mon-Fri, mostly 7-3 or 7-4 with occasionally ld thrown in, I have a day off when I have lots of time owe, but save more often for school hols or when I need. Have 2 lds Thu Fri, but only cover clinically as needed.
I get up before everyone else Sat and Sun, often getting back as house wakes.
I go to classes Mon, wed and Thu, after tea but in line with their swimming and music. Tuesday it's a gym treadmill, tend to run shorter (40 min) but faster.
It just becomes routine which I struggle to not do now and if I miss feel like a cat on a hit tin roof.
I'm loving it and feels like brain space time.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

You must have inspired him. At least you can motivate each other and be great to do hm together. I think I am a seasonal runner, just can't be bothered at the moment!June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0 -
Managed 9.45mile today, was a completely different route and quite tough in places. Was misty but fortunately didn't rain. Tbh cath, really enjoy the misty but not raining type weather, feels so great to be out. Pitting myself against myself.
Also had a ski lesson and now level 5 completed, so can now do open practice on the big slope... tonight had a complete loss of confidence when stood at top of big slope, felt like being on top of the diving board, seemed to take ages to stop being frightened I would fall. Meanwhile everyone else was going great, did eventually get there... plan now is at least one or two open practices before next lesson.
Managed to buy locally (and save postage, uber bonus was less than a mile off route home from work) through ebay 3 pairs of wedze gloves and 1 pair of goggles for 6.24 on Friday. Just some salopettes left to buy and a few bits and then will tot up but feels like made some fab buys.
Rescheduled bridge abseiling is tomorrow.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!
