Was very hard, at mile 18.5 felt really faint and sick so ended up run walking but still kept a reasonable pace, finished 5:08, gutted as wanted under 5 but still..

Yes, day off and having a friend over for lunch. Already been conned into dropping younger 2 off at school and need to nip oldest to college. Then quick shop and then my parents wedding anniversary so will pop in.
Has been an amazing last few months.
