My ecg is still a normal rhythm, so thinks it's a viral infection. Arranging for exercise tolerance test and a 24 hour tape because of how rubbish I feel, also had more bloods to exclude thyroid but I think that's unlikely. Have spoken to my boss who is brilliant and feels I shouldn't be in, in fact has told me not to under any circumstances..
also rang my gp and signed off fir another 2 weeks, but I wil see how feel next week.
Still feel rubbish but at least it should self resolve.

Think I'm developing an online addiction.. today's purchases the body shop sale plus code to get extra 35% off, via tcb of course.
Fairly confident that Christmas 2015 will be less stressful, as at this rate will be sorted by the Time I'm back at work.

Have also bought a beautiful ghost dress which has arrived this morning, ebay bargain..

Chores done, just bathrooms but have still spent afternoon on settee. Have zero energy but feeling relieved that if it is viral carditis I Will get better. So although not physically better I do feel mentally better, couldn't imagine not being able to do the things we take for granted.
