Can't believe how pathetic I feel. Have had many weepy sorry for self moments today, so need to really kick self. When I'm ill, I usually dose up and go to bed early but this is completely unknown area for me.

Need to create a list of sedentary tasks for tomorrow or will drive myself crazy. Suspect I will be making up for any unread diaries of recent weeks.
Is it too early to start Christmas online shopping? Then there's dd3 toys to put on eBay. Plus other jobs I put off as can't bear like travel insurance.

  • Morning HDK, how about a soak in the bath, face pack, body scrub, loads of moisturising. Painting toe nails, finger nails then a good old rest as they need to dry :)

Followed by sorting something. Can anything be set aside for burning/shredding, any old receipts retained which can be shredded? Menu plan perhaps?

I can see it will drive you mad but what would you say to your patients in the same situation?

Really sorry to hear you're going through this. Take care, Tilly x x

    Thanks Tilly. X

Did receipts last night (yes takes very little time for stir crazy to set in..) am going to library, although feeling a little nervous about the short walk, then thought next few days wardrobe, kitchen cupboards, freezer, batch cooking. See how it goes. Amazon and eBay may get some hammer.

Pampering seems a good idea xx

My mates saying, would you allow a staff member to be at work if they had your symptoms was what made me stop and think that I'm being silly going in. , as tbh definitely not. Hopefully will have a plan on Friday once seen cardiologist.

  • OK, how about taking up knitting? If you don't know how YouT is fab (I say that confidentally having been told ad struggled myself), or Apple Muncher knits like a demon so I'll offer her up as virtual knitting tutor :)

Take it easy woman - plan your flower beds, veg beds, address book, sort your make up bag out (on your lap whilst having a rest) - there's a sit down theme to these tasks :)

    Take care, Tilly x x

Come up with a running training schedule for your half, plan distances, consider a killer playlist and start menu planning for the fact that you will need to eat more for the long runs :D

    Thanks Tilly and ed. Xx

Have tried to knit before but I'm left handed and have never found a left handed person to show me so just can't seem to get it.

Menu plan might be a plan... Have booked a big asda for tomorrow following freezer clear out.

Play list too, yes. Feels positive.

Did feel okish in am but not so in the pm and have literally done nothing this afternoon. Jezzer USA - an all time low I think...
Had a long cuddle with the big boy all afternoon .. (My oldest cat)

Not feeling brilliant so spent time with morgage stuff, feeling optimist with mf by Sept 2016. Feels doable, with 2 policies being in a position to finish this year with no option to get last 1 finished earlier due to fixed period and already maxing on op's.

Ironing done and washing on. Dd 2 off with temperature, so have company.
