If you're concerned about it you could message the MSE Forum bods and say you're concerned about being outed and what you would like it changed to.

Then come back and tell us all the gory details ;).

Seriously, hope it's a workable solution.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Are your hours for your contract set or flexible? I hope the solution has some sort of benefit for you or it will have been a pointless exercise. If you want to rant, I have a pretty empty inbox so just pm me x

  • Morning, GGs suggestion sounds like a good one :)

Sorry things are so pants at work, it sounds pretty unreasonable to me. Keep your sanity and we're here for venting. I know I'd have gone mad without somewhere to share whilst on this mad journey.

    Best wishes Tilly x

Thank you all for your kind advice and AJM - may just take you up!

  • I honestly cant see why they have made you do that HDK when you are going to be going back to your main area anyway...what is the point of it. Problems like that are part of the reason I would never want to job share..i can imagine it must be causing friction with your friend. The sooner you are back to your own area the better...its much easier to do one job well than to do two jobs and feel like your head is about to explode. Hang in there Mrs.

Sounds like a jobsworthy solution :( WHy make you wrk 12 weeks on somewhere you're not going to be and take you away entirely from where you will be going forward??? - madness, surely!

((big hugs)) and you know we MFWs are always here to listen to rants xx
