Thanks Happier Me, its nice to know a fellow MFW'er in a similar situation to your own. Yes, very much of the opinion head down get it paid and earn the money whilst I can but it is hard at times because suspect last few weeks haven't been as good a mum as I should be, by the nature of just not being home and when home feeling exhausted.
Just finished my chores and done the lawns, all the time formalising in my head what changes at work need to happen as was literally at rocking level last week, which is very unlike me as I'm usually pretty bouncy.
All in all I am very lucky, great husband, nice kids, lovely forever house, well paid secure job, good mates and relatively low mortgage that is well on the way to being gone. Blessing checked and counted, head cleared and ready for onslaught (in more ways than 1) on Monday.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

Simplify, simplify, simplify HDK! If you have an e-reader (KIndle etc) try:

ENUFF
They will inspire change and it sounds like you are ready!0 -
Thanks SD. That sounds like sensible advice.
Have just been rang again for night shift but have only been home just over an hour and have another crazy full day tomorrow, feel guilty and mean now for not going in.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

Thanks Andrea and Louise, that's the problem with 24 hour accountability, it seeps in and you feel you should. Was in bed and fast asleep by 10pm so genuinely don't think I could have managed it.
Have been going in everyday for 7am or earlier (up at 5.30) for several weeks, helping clinically then heading into the office and still finishing late, feeling a bit twitchy and they have just told us we need to work more hours clinically, which made me snort out loud! The advice is not to do anything unimportant, great advice.... Im currently working on a "do the thing that stops me going home" list first and still not quite finishing it.
Sure it will sort itself out, not sure how well my no wine on a school night will last this week. Last week failed completely. Do currently feel unusually stressy in a bad way, whereas my normal self thrives on it.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

If you have time in the evening maybe it might help to go for a short walk and get some fresh air. I find that even 10 minutes really helps to sort my head out.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

Thanks AJM, I mowed all the lawns Sunday as I find that physical but a chance to take stock, have been and had 45 minutes in gym on the cross trainer, whilst the girls at music. Have aerobics booked for tomorrow whilst there swimming and that usually clears my cobwebs and then my Zumba Thursday night which is the only exercise I do that isn't because Im there anyway.
My job share is back next week so that will make a huge difference, as we cover 2 very large areas and its little old me at the mo.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0
