Curtains. I have a single track mind! (track - curtains.. ) What about gold? Have been rooting round amazon as have quite a bit AGC money.

Have been and ordered carpet this morning (day off today - so yes watched HUTH), already had a quote (on a specific brand / pattern) but tried somewhere else and bartered, my first quote £615 including fitting, this one £500 excluding fitting. Have rang the carpet fitter we use and he's coming next week. so total £530.

I am so over budget this month already.

Yes Ed, very excited. Can't wait. My carpet currently looks terrible, especially now my walls look so beautiful.
Just need curtains...

Definitely going to reduce my Op's though as from next month as although I enjoy frugal, we are feeling "broke" so think a less harsh route would be more beneficial.

Have a strange but nice week hours wise. Worked Monday, then working wed, fri, sunday.

Do NOT buy dark green curtains with a dark brown carpet and sofa. It would look like a swamp :rotfl:. I did like the ones earlier, just think if you're unsure maybe you should get the carpet down first? Or how about something like this or this.
These are really nice as well, and you could pick up the pink and have pale pink and duskier pink cushions.

I like those ones you seen on amazon HDK....definitely go for something with a bit of pattern to lift the rest of the room....am away on a sage green curtain search :rotfl::rotfl:

Thanks Wabl, trying to avoid teal as the other lounge is brown and teal, and the bathroom is all teal accessories as I love the colour.

Dh is now officially bored of being passed pictures of curtains so definitely grateful for your help. Xxx

Keep creating duplicate postings, having to use kindle as dd 1 has lappy and other 1 currently given up the ghost. Fortunately my assignments are submitted or this would have sent me into a major flap.
