I often use Marmite instead of spread with scrambled eggs on toast - find it really tasty, even if it is difficult to spread:).
Don't bother with spread at all if I'm having beans.
"Rainbowfairy dust - D - Gammon in slow cooker (cooking in apple juice ) with mashed potatoes & veggies" - you should be synning the apple juice. Not sure if you have but not shown at end of your post.

Hi ev1,
Sorry I've been MIA - been away with work all week. I find it really difficult when I am away from home and not in control of meals so not expecting anything great at WI on Monday but doing my best to claw back what I can.
Hope everyone's well?

Today at work we had crisps and chocolate provided as part of our food allowance. I was so close to having some, and then ate a packet of apple slices instead! So proud of myselfBecame Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone! Had a lovely day, been out shopping but didn't buy anything because it is all cheaper online so I have just ordered the boots and clothes that I want :money:.
Tried on some size 12 jeans today but they are still a little tight which is frustrating because my 14's are hanging off me!
So todays food is like this:
B - Croissant covered in an inch of butter.
L - A load of thorntons chocolates.
D - Bowl of salad, hawaiian stuffed crust pizza, chocolate fudge cake.
Snacks - More chocolate.

Straight back on it tomorrow morning and I will be expecting a gain on Tuesday but it is only one week and I will lose it by the next week. Congrats on the losses everyone, i'm another in the 10 stones since last Tuesday :j.Slimming World - 3 stone 8 1/2lbs in 7 months and now at target :j0 -
Being in the 10's is just great.
I really hope to always stay in the 10's.

I wouldn't worry, it takes a while before you can get into any brand/style of the next size down. They vary so much.
rfd, I wondered about the apple juice. It has syns but you're not actually drinking it so probably not too bad. I'd just be aware that you should keep low syn for the rest of the week as I'd have no idea how to calculate it. I tend to cook my gammon very traditional with onion, carrot, bay and some peppercorns although I think there's a recipe with diet coke too. Both are syn free so worth thinking about for next time. My way I get fantastic stock for making lentil soup.0
