rfd, the latest on Pasta n Sauce seems to be that they are as they were (mostly free) and still listed on the site as such except for the fact that they are meant to be changing the recipe. The 'New and Improved' version (as the labelling is meant to say) will not be syn free. I've not seen any of this new packaging yet. In Iceland they have the 'old' packs on offer with a use by date of 2014 so I'm wondering what's going on.
Thanks maman. They are on offer in home bargains so i am going to stock up on them

Did anyone see Nigella Lawson's new Italian cookery program? I like the idea of the meatzza and it can so easily be adapted to SW - definitely going to try that and I'm going to work on a veggie version of it too.Mediterranean Mum

I specifically didn't watch it as I feared I'd go out and eat the contents of the fridge if I did :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -

I can sit and watch the food channel all evening - I love it. Fortunately it doesn't make me want to get up and eat the contents of the fridge!Mediterranean Mum

Day 2 has been a bit mixed. I have had:
B - Alpen light (HEB) 2 light baby bels (HEA) and some strawberries
L - Smoked ham, spinach, cherry toms and an Alpen Light
D - Baked potatoes, tuna, sweetcorn and no fat dressing followed by papaya and lime
Syns - The tiniest piece of cake ever
Dinner took ages to make last night so I did not have time to make lunch and I was so unimpressed with the Bubble and Squeak that I didn't take the leftovers I had made with me. My lunch was therefore thrown together and no where near enough to stop me feeling hungry.
As others have said I think I will find some of the meal options too time intensive for every night so I need to start building up some recipes that are quick so I do not reach for the bread.
Been looking at the SW site and I go the magazine so that combined with the initial books have given me some good ideas. It was tough today not having seconds of cake or even a bigger slice but I am chuffed that I should restraint. Every crumb was savouredTaking responsibility one penny at a time!0
