Hey everyone,

I hope you don't mind if I join you. I've been trying to lose weight for yets and tried slimming world in march and lost half a stone but my consultant left and I didnt really get on with my new consultant so I left stupidly and i've suffered putting on 10lb so completely messed up there. I'm planning on going to disneyland with my fiancee at christmas and the idea of having picture taken has scared me back into action. I'm going to attempt to find a new group next week to get back on track and would love to share my journey with you all too. I know it sounds silly but ive starte a blog to track my journey because if i cant be truthful with strangers and friends how on earth am i supposed to be honest to myself. WI tonight went super well - 3lb off giving me my 1.5stone award and club 10 award and then I also got my silver body magic award and slimmer of the week!

10 more lbs off and the bf has promised to get me a little present to keep my motivation going

Hi folks

Had my second weigh in yesterday and I lost 3.5lb, that's 8lb in 2 weeks. I'm delighted :T

I got my 1/2 stone award and got Slimmer of the Week!

Food today.....

B. Branflakes, semiskimmed milk, banana & strawberries.
L. Mugshot, clementine, yogurt.
D. H/m chilli with extra peppers, onions, mushrooms and kidney beans, served with rice and a big salad.

Snacks. Nectarine.

Well done all!!

Welcome loulou, if you stick with the plan you should easily lose a pound a week. Good luck, finding a new group but if you don't then feel free to ask questions on here. Posting up your menu is a good idea too.

I was starving tonight so ended up with fried egg on toast about an hour ago! Don't you just love SW!:D

Welcome to any newbies.

Didn't have a great day yesterday but hopefully a better one today. I have guests over the weekend so have to meal plan today and shop either this evening or tomorrow morning.

B - 2 slices wm toast(B), baked beans, fried eggs
L - savoury rice, braised cabbage
D - vegetable soup, cauliflower & cheese sauce (A)

This morning I am feeling somewhere beyond rough although certain this is sinus infection/flu territory - pants! Also means that whilst I feel hungry I don't feel like I could stand long enough to make or eat anything, going to try and get a little more rest on the sofa and get a load of fluid in me then see what the state of play is.
Need to pull myself together and get on with things, need to go to the bakers and the bank at least.
