Regarding how clothes fit after losing weight.
I have lost 7" off my waist but I am still wearing my jeans etc. It's just that before they were packed to capacity
with a very unattractive muffin-top. Now they are loose all over and I wear a belt.

I had several pairs of cropped summer trousers with elasticated or drawstring waist and they are very loose indeed especially around the backside.

I have a Laura Ashley tunic on today which again was a tight fit and now I can wear quite a thick top underneath. All my leggings are very loose but OK under tunics etc and with boots.

I have a gorgeous Hobbs animal print mac which I paid
around £150 for and that is very loose on me which I'm sad about. I will just have to wear thicker tops with that too for this autumn anyway. I haven't tried on my fave winter coat but I imagine that will be loose too.

I'm fed up with my flipping clothes, nothing fits and now I am kicking myself for throwing out loads of clothes last year that were too small and I never thought I would fit into :(

It's my birthday next month and my boyfriend is taking me on a shopping spree for new clothes, I will definitely be getting a coat, not sure what else though? Can't wait! Anyway food for today:

B - 2 rocky road bars (heb) banana and pear.
L - Omelette with tomatoes and feta (hea) strawberries, banana and muller light.
D - Salmon and vegetable stir fry. Nectarine.
I have a milky way sat waiting for me tonight so that will be my syns.
Slimming World - 3 stone 8 1/2lbs in 7 months and now at target :j

Evening everyone - just popping in to say hello.

I've made carrot and beetroot soup tonight and I must say it is delish!

Re clothes sizes - some of my bigger clothes don't fit any more but my previously skinny clothes (from when I did my lose 2st every year before putting it back on again) all fit fine and in fact some are too big. i really must invest in some new work trousers, the ones I am wearing today I couldn't get fastened in jan but now sit on my hips rather than my waist and I can take them down without opening the zip & button; they are v baggy around the legs and bum too but I'm mean and keep thinking that in another 10lb or so I would be into an even lower size...

I'm going to get through winter with very baggy jumpers & holding my jeans up with belts.
I refuse to contemplate buying anything new until spring.

Well done everyone on your weight losses! Your all doing amazing, really keeps you going coming on here.

Are we allowed to save syns up for the weekend or do we have to use them everyday?

Hi csm - Pearl barley is free on EE and green. As for syns, I usually save mine for the weekend.
