Yay, 2.5lb off for me this week! :) Only another 2.5lb to go to get my 4st award :j

Feeling really focussed and keen to continue. I have my weight loss plotted on a spreadsheet (sad but true) and I have averaged 1.5lb loss since Jan which is pretty good seeing as I had the months of June and July wobbling about the same weight as i was on hols etc.

Good luck everyone else WI today. x
:j:j:T:T very well done for keeping in there, lovely!! :)

Total loss = 5 stone 12.5 lbs. / But now GAINED 1 STONE 1.5 LBS!!

    46 weeks!

gbatey, many congratulations on the Great North Run!! That is some serious Body Magic:T:T:T

Can I have some of your motivation please :) Seriously slipped the last few days, and as I'm going away on Wednesday for 6 nights, I can feel myself thinking what's the point! I was hoping to get another couple of pounds off this week but I'll be lucky if I have STS.

If I were you, I'd go on your break and just do your best. Eat healthily when you can but don't beat yourself up about it. While you're away, spend some time thinking about a SW meal plan and shopping list with heaps of SFs and SSs. Then when you get back, really go for it BIG TIME!!

I'm still in the midst of a load of family/friends birthdays and accompanying celebrations. Last Wednesday was the last 'normal' day I had and next Wednesday is my next one. Fortunately I started the week well placed as I was under target range. Ironically I'm still feeling stuffed from a lunch out yesterday. Today I've had 2 boiled eggs and a slice of ham. Plus side is that I haven't needed to cook or shop.:)

  • WOW well done gbatey! what was your time?

    Great losses everyone!

Well my pants for work are well and truly starting to fall off me. also starting to look like baggy clown pants :rotfl: Think i've def lost a dress size somewhere, even if the losses are slow :j
  • well done evilsquid:j:j i find it funny that we are always the last to see the weight fall off til literally the last minute... like i dunno about you but i didnt really see it til i hit a stone.

ok todays meal plan was kinda umm... not much of anything:o

    B: honey/lemon in hot water
L: 1/2 wholegrain sub with chicken and scraping of butter *couldnt eat the rest*
D: v.small portion of H/M syn free cottage pie

cup of tea x1 (with milk)
pack of halls soother thingys (sugarfree assorted fruit variety)

looking forward somewhat to veggie broth tomorrow - cafe across the road has all syn free soups that are GORGEOUS! and really cheap. plus they have them to go too, so i can never be tempted with the traybakes and gigantic scones by the door :T

hmm... there's like no veg there bar what was in the cottage pie (carrots, onions, celery, parsnip) :o:o oops. must try better :S
I'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know

On the wagon again I go.... royally fell off.... 4.5st (63lb) by June 2016.... LET'S DO THIS!!!!!!!:grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin:

  • This thread is really motivating :)

I went to the gym today for my 6 week review, it was my first one since starting SW. In six weeks I have lost 12lb and 8 inches off my body so Im really pleased!

Had to confess to my gym instructor that I havent actually been to the gym since we first got my measurements and stuff, he was impressed with my losses with just a change in diet so that was good :)

Just think what I could lose in the next 6 weeks if I incorporate more exercise in!

    Keep going everyone!! Sal x

Im just over the stone mark! isnt it supposed to be 10 pounds is a dress size and a new bra size? Im already wearing bras i haven't gotten into in ages because my other ones just look massive on me and it was only today when i really was pulling my pants up all the time and noticing that as i moved and waked they were coming down i actually noticed how much has gone. plus when i sat down they were so baggy on me, like an extra inch of flappy fabric on each side of my legs!
  • thats really really good evilsquid!!!!:j:j:j

i havent actually changed dress sizes, like the dress i wore to the wedding was a 14, and it fitted perfectly, but yet a size 14 jeans in some stores are too big (the 12's are still too small)

so what is the craic for this weekend? anything strange or startling planned for anyone?

ohh btw, i cant remember who it was who was asking *sorry:o* but mr T in newtownards has chickpea dahl - and alot of it at that. i was there yesterday and they had it and various other things of the same nature
