Hi gang,
nice to see we are all surviving. Sorry I haven't been around home pressures still making me want to hide in a cornerIllnesses a plenty in this house. I am beginning to think it's something I am doing. Littlest has been up all night, no obvious reason just "toddlerness" I guess. Off to the docs today hopefully to sort out the on going sore throat issues. Hubby finds out if he's lost his job fri/monday.We have plans to set up on our own if he has. But very hard to be positive about anything right now.
Weigh In tonight. If I've lost I will be very surprised, a crap start to this SW week lots of stress, wine and chocolate. * week is due and then some... I know weight loss can mess with the hormones and I am fairly certain I am to young for anything else other than pregnancy. And I KNOW it's not that.
I'm trying not to infect others with my blues, but group last week was awash with woe is mes. How the heck do I shake them off.0 -
Good to see you shelliehollie don't think I can be much help sadly. When I get like that I just give myself a metaphorical slap and remind myself of all the good things/positives in life and 'fake it until I make it'
Ooh thanks wizkid1 I may try it in that case next time I have the chance and wholemeal flour!
Today:
B: banana and ww yog - will try and get something more soon
L: not sure yet
T: not sure yet...
...hmm today may go rather slowly looking at this!************************************

Haven't made bread since starting SW (actually that's a lie, I have once but I didn't eat any!) but I think 60g dough would make a lighter roll as the water will evaporate when it's baked. Not sure what the weight difference would be though- trial and error called for I reckon!LittleLisa3000 wrote: »Hi everyone, First time poster here

Welcome Lisa, and well done for your loss so far. I usually eat breakfast in work and have bran flakes, weetabix or porridge with a banana. If you don't want to use all your HEs in one go you could make rice pudding with pudding rice or cooked ordinary rice, then flavour it with a yogurt or fruit. If I have time I sometimes have a cheese omelette on a wholemeal pitta, but usually save that for green days as again uses A and B at once. Weekends are normally bacon butty or poached egg on toast, mmmm!
Beanie- well done!
Shellie - Sorry to hear things are still stressful. Hope they improve for you all soon *hugs*
Well I lost 2.5 last night - made up but had been really good so thought I deserved itAlso got SOTW but not sure if that's only cos so few people stayed- it was hailing heavily and we had a stand in consultant so hardly anyone stayed and it ended up just being 4 of us plus 2 helpers! Was actually really good though, as we could take our time talking to everyone, and since the stand in didn't know our histories we could go back and think about things which we wouldn't normally talk about etc. Nothing to stop me losing this week as most of my 'events' are out of the way for now, and tbh am made up that I have got through them all and still lost a bit of weight :j
EE today:
B: Porridge (B), banana, milk (A), maple syrup (2)
L: Paella (2), 2 clementines
T: Spag bol, parmesan (1.5)
S: Rocky (5.5)
