Jelly sugar free crystals are free. Greek Yoghurts... the lemon ones and the coconut ones are 1/2 syn each, others more.
Chinese tip: opt for BOILED rice - chicken dishes.

Now the weather has turned for the worse again im glad i have made a decent warming soup - red lentil, chickpea and chilli with extra pepper sauce thrown in to give it a good kick, Kleenex at the ready for the runny noses afterwards. :rotfl:

Checking your jelly count brb
I'd agree with that (including the welcome:)) as peas are only free it looks a bit thin on the SFs. I'm assuming your bread is a small loaf? Personally I wouldn't bother wth the spread especially with those meals. I find that if I toast the bread and pile my egg/tomatoes on it I don't notice the difference. Same with soup, if it's toasted it takes longer to chew! That way I can save my syns for a real treat but that bit's your choice.;)
Doing quite well on EE today:
B: HEB toast, egg, mushrooms, baked beans, fried potatoes, HEA milk for teas
L: just a banana so farsmoked haddock, sweet potato wedges, tomatoes, cauli cheese
Syns: small juice, cheese sauce and weekend wine:j
I'll be over on syns today but I eat fairly syn free all week.
Do you know how you got on yet lush?0 -

Evening everyone,
I was only in there for 30minutes! We just had to do three 'query' calls and one complaint- no literacy or numeracy test as I was told to expect! Should hear back early next week.
Don't know if i mentioned it but I got an email yesterday to say my details had been forwarded for short listing for the job I had a phone interview for on Monday too. It's like my dream job. I finally seem to be getting somewhere, it's only taken 11 months! of job hunting.
Because it's pitch black out and raining, or maybe it's just since I've been up (ish) since 5am but it feels a whole lot later than it is so now I'm feeling snacky but not yet ready for tea! bah. Going to make some muffins for bf tonight too - going to decorate them like I've seen some on christmas markets with marshmallows and melted chocolate on top. Can't believe he is finally home again tomorrow night! Going to work up a body magic storm and clean and organise from top to bottom tomorrow ready for him - even going to curl my hair then nap in the afternoon so I can wait up for him! I'm excited - can you tell? haha
Sausage, jacket potato, beans, veggies and poached egg for tea. Might do a crispy potato and put it on now, that way it should be ready just as I'm getting hungry************************************

I just had the fish chips and mushy peas that it shows in the extra easy book. I cooked the fish with lemon juice but I don't think I could eat lettuce with it, Do I need all this super foods at every meal? There is an awful lot of food as it is. AND thanks for replying. What's brb ?
EE works on (at least) one third superfree. Personally I balance it through a day but some people find it easier to keep on track to do it meal by meal. When I have fish or gammon and chips with mushy peas I tend to bake some tomatoes and mushrooms in the oven at the same time. Other people snack on fruit, so your orange will help towards the day's SF. Overall your day looks good but we're just stressing the importance of the SFs.
Things definitely looking good for you lush.0 -
I do my SFs across the whole day too - when I was doing it meal by meal I find it's not as effective :S but I know so many people find that its the other way.
Oh my days the Skinny Lizzie sausages are so lush! Honestly why have I not forced myself to try some sooner - nom nom nom ^.^
Made some muffins tonight for bf's return tomorrow - was good whilst making them and didn't sample them too much. Luckily I'm well under my 15 for the day anyway and with all the walking for the assessment centre and in to town earlier for milk and eggs I think I'm the right side of ok
Hope everyone is having good evenings************************************

I have been reflecting on why I gained 1.5 lbs this week and am now thinking I have not been drinking enough water.
I am OK in the summer but this time of year the last thing I fancy is cold water. What about those sachets of fruit teas would they do? At least they're hot and colourful!0 -
