I've finally got some Skinny Lizzie pork sausages to try - Dad got me some when I popped to Morrisons with him before he went home
They are one syn each, I've only had one sausage since starting SW so very excited to try these and they sure beat the thick pork sausages we have in the freezer from Iceland which are 4syns each.
They aren't the most affordable sausages for me at £1.99 for 6 but if I like them I may buy them for me and give bf the other sausages until they've run out - we don't eat them that often but now I can make toad in the hole for fewer syns that I had planned
I just wanted to say that I love the sense of community we've built ourselves here and the great culture of welcoming in newbies and supporting each otherReally speaks volumes for how lovely people can be in this day and age

I don't know the sausages from Morrisons (we don't have one near here) but the Sainsbury's Cumberland ones I buy are only 0.5 syns each and they're great.
Lovely words lush. I understand if bf is a big fan of toad in the hole but sausage and mash is a lot less synful!:rotfl:0 -

I don't mind using my syns if I'm going to enjoy it
Our little Sainsburys local doesn't stock their cumberland ones and we don't shop in the big Sainsburys - so much more expensive. We have a Morrisons closer to us but again we don't shop there as we tend to go to the big ASDA on the way back from somewhere as we don't often need much from there.
This morning I am off to do the assessment centre tasks for the NHS 111 job I applied for a while back, so I might have a nap when I get back.
