Thanks for the warm welcome :D:D

Hope that I don't annoy you too much with my questions. How bad is Philly extra light? I assume it has a syn value. I do like it on pasta, that could be a nice, easy meal. Also, what about stock cubes.? Told you I'd be a pain :rotfl:

I'm going to have a trawl through to see what you all have for breakfast, I'm not a massive porridge fan but I can probably get used to it.

  • Thanks for replying. I was figuring either the warm chicken salad or the citrus one would be the best to eat out. I joined SW on 17/9/12 and in 9 weeks i've lost 1 stone 9lbs, but still have another 4stone 13lbs to go, so it's still early days x

I think I'll be doing the EE plan? I think tht possibly sounds the easiest to do without the books/membership. Does this make a difference?

    Thanks

Another one here in the fed up camp 2nd week running of STS. As most of you are aware my meal plans are on here and if i have deviated i have updated to show that so im really peeved right now. Was going to write out my food diary from the online one early to take to group but had none left, grabbed a handful tonight though to make up for it.

Hoping for a better week next other wise other im not sure which way ill be heading = at the moment fighting temptation to totally blow plan out the window!

  • Latest news on the watchitm80 family's progress. Paul watchitm80 (me!) lost another 4½ pounds, making a total loss of 10 stone 3½ pounds in 44 weeks. In doing so I won slimmer of the week, I achieved my target of losing 10 stone in a year 8 weeks early, and I succeeded in going straight out the other side of my target by 3½ pounds. Brad watchitm80 (19 year old son) lost 2½ pounds, making a total loss of 3 stones 1 pound in 44 weeks. Lesley watchitm80 (wife) was working so no weigh-in, but so far she's lost 3 stone 10½ pounds in 42 weeks. Time to set another target, I think. North Baddesley 5.30 session.
