  • Morning all,

Had a very good week food wise with the exception of Saturday (out for dinner and kid's parties) and managed to lose 3.5lbs! Considering how off plan I was on Saturday I'm really pleased. Just got to keep my head in the game and focus on Christmas as my next 'naughty' time.

Hope you all have a fab week.

    Hi all,

Aw Lush, that's lovely:) going to point your post out to hubby, haha!

Stef, sorry to hear you're not well, hope you feel better soon.

I've got an impromptu 2 days off as having new windows fitted and my mum was due to house sit but had to cancel at the last minute. Got a couple of days hols to take before I finish this job in a few weeks so using those. Stayed away from the fridge and kept busy by grouting the new bathroom tiles (been putting it off for weeks) and if the window men leave early will wander down to the shops and meet OH on his way home from work. Freezing here as 3 windows out so drinking loads of tea and coffee!

Fat club tonight - sneaky peek this morning suggests a sts, which would be a bit disappointing but it is the end of * week and first proper one since going off the pill so could be that.

    EE today:
    B: porridge, banana, milk
L: bacon, pepper and mushroom quiche (2 for cheese)
T: tbc, see how WI goes
    S: alpen light (3), freddo (5)

Hope everyone's having a good Monday?!

  • HM soup for tea - yum! which I will follow up with the apple and satsuma I was going to eat earlier.

Going to check the prices of the Activia 0% in co-op as I like to have a yogurt everyday and the muller greek ones are pricey (as far as I'm concerned) and I don't go to ASDA often enough/have room in the fridge for Muller lights.

Going to try and plan for tomorrow before I go to bed tonight to make my morning easier :)

Hi Blodwen, not really, had 2 hours sleep all night and all though i am sticking to plan clothes are feeling uncomfortable. Sneeky peak on the scales is showing a gain but cant see why especially when this is the second week of keeping diary and tracking every morsel that passes my lips. Looking at online diary the majority of the 10 days before sunday were alternated green and EE so something isn't working for me. Even introducing more fish like consultant advised :(

  • Stef hope you begin to feel much better soon

    beanielou yay for the loss!

I'm not dreading tomorrow's WI in as much as usual...don't know if that's a good or bad thing. 3lbs to go to get my next award - not expecting that much but a couple will be nice

    Today:
B: 2 poached eggs and a few baked beans
S: about to have some crab sticks and then a satsuma
L: hmm...jacket potato and tuna - 2 syns for light mayo
    S: no idea
T: going to try my hand at making chicken and sweetcorn soup which will have a syn or two in as there's cornflour in it to thicken it - will have to calculate it. Roughly 1syn per portion off the top of my head

HeA: will be milk once I've bought some
HeB: I'm thinking a bread roll at some point today

Syns: 3 above + hot choc @2.0syn + jelly (see next bit) and maybe a smidge of jam on my bread 1.0syn so just scraping in under 7 for the day

Have made some small jellies up which work out to be 0.2syns each so will snack on a couple of them later if/when the sweet craving hits me
