On EE these are 1.5 syns per pot. If you enter store, item and flavour rather than nutritional value it will take you to relevant information.

  • My friend is struggling with EE - she switched from WW and isn't used to having the freedom of all the potato and pasta syn free.
Just load up the plate make sure you have 1/3 superfree. - Your body will do the rest for you,

At the minute it just seems to feel wrong, don't get me wrong i'm following plan and giving it a good go as it is meaning i am eating less processed junk/ sweets biscuits etc Only having one HE A now as apposed to 2 does seem to be hard to adjust to.

You could say i am a little bit sceptical :o

We will see what the scales say on Wednesday .....

Sorry you're not feeling good stef. Looking at your food from yesterday it looks like a green day so I wouldn't worry about the SFs.

Unless you're eating up stuff from the freezer why don't you have SW roasties? They're completely free. I make them for all the family, even mid-week as they're so easy without all that faff of basting in oil/fat.

Loving the nsv shellie. It's a great boost.:)

Had supper at a friend's last night. She'd made a hot buffet which was pretty SW friendly (lamb or chicken casserole with new pots or couscous). I had second helpings of that so didn't bother with the puddings.

On plan so far today but I'm cooking a shoulder of lamb later. Haven't had that since I started SW so planning not to remove all visible fat!;) Copious SFs to be served with it.

Beautiful, sunny day here. Hope you're all having a good one.
  • We're worried that our fridge freezer is on the way out (bf has had it since he moved in so it's had a decent six year run) so I'm trying to use up what we have in there *just in case* I don't know what I'll do if it gives up the fight whilst he's away!

I've also just found out someone I used to be somewhat friendly with (used to work together on a few projects and met up a couple of times out of work) has moved just down the road! This makes me happy as i know we get on so I can start making some more friendships locally and have someone for proper girlie times! Yay :)
