Hi all,
Great to hear you're enjoying it Cuckooclockstef240377 wrote: »I still haven't been asked to set a target, have reached club 10 though. Im still in shock that just 6 years with my hubby has seen me go from a size 12 to an 18/20 but with a few months with slimming world has shaved that down to a New Look size 16 in jeans which are slowly being tightened more with a belt.:T
Great going! I've been with OH for 4 years and have gone from a 12 to a 22 and now to a 16-18, although to be fair when we met I had been very skinny and was already on my way back up anyway so it's not entirely his fault :rotfl: Would love to get to a 12 but we'll see; I haven't been asked to set a target either.
Lush - well done on the job, good to hear you're happier.
EE today:
B: Golden syrup OSS (B + 0.5), milk (A), banana
L: L/O lasagne (2), 2 satsumas
T: L/O lasagne (2), salad
S: Yogurt (1)
Bit of deja vu there but out at darts tonight so need something we can microwave when we get in past 11pm. At least by stretching it to an extra portion for lunch we've had slightly smaller portions than we would have otherwise (still good sized, just not enormous!)
Good luck to all weighing in tonight!2011: [STRIKE]Houses[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]weddings[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]cats[/STRIKE]
2012: [STRIKE]Start renovating new house (aka open enormous can of worms)[/STRIKE] _pale_

Weight loss - Apr '12 -Sept '13: 95lb0 -
Me and OH have both put on weight since we got together  it's all the eating out and cosy nights in that do it. He works weird shifts now though and now we have our little boy we don't go out as often (read that as never!) so it is easier to stay on track.
My plan today is Green..
B - 2 weetabix (HeB) with Skimmed Milk (HeA)
L - Mugshot, melon, apple, berries with yogurt.
D - Potato, Sweet Potato and Veg Curry, with Rice and 2 Poppadoms (4 syns)
Snacks - 2 x Alpen Lights (HeB) Milk for tea and coffee (HeA)The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -
today:
B:wholemeal roll (HeB) and baked beans, WW yog (free)
L: savoury rice, slither of cake (not sure on syns due to tinyness of slice and taking the icing etc off...would hedge my bets at an over estimate of 10)
S: on route to gym for Zumba - apple, banana, satsuma
T: KFC chicken - coating removed, sweetcorn
HeA: milk before bed
Went to the gym less last week and saw a bigger loss, I think it's due to shifting my pattern from cardio and weights (for toning, mostly legs) to more cardio and one less gym visit - thank you to whoever it was that mentioned it might be because I was adding muscle mass which weighs more, you made me rethink my workouts and it obviously worked!
Got Zumba tonight and I must say I am still loving it! It's so much fun and the instructor is awesome, will be sad to miss it next week when boy is away************************************

I have eat really well today, all sin free as I decided to save my sins for the evening, this is my very weak time.
Thanks for encouraging me to go, I get so nervous, but after 2 minutes I was fine.
Good for you and good for your OH for supporting you. I would recommend you really get in to some of the SW recipes (on line and in their books/mags) because they are really good, do all the planning for you and are delicious & healthy. They also get you thinking differently about food and trying different things. If you are to be successful in the long term then making changes right at the start is really helpful.
I have spoken to so many people who don't try and change their eating habits and get by on a very boring and restricted "diet" and there really is no need. I was talking to one woman who said she lived on Mullerlight yogs, jacket potatoes and baked beans when she did SW.
I'm sure you'll do well .... keep us posted:)0 -
Another set of amazing losses watchitm80.

Back from WI and a little deflated at a sts but looking through my book my mid cycle shows a pattern of sts or minimal gains so looks like this is the equivalent of * week
Son on the other hand lost another 3lb giving him a current loss of 2st 6.5lb with SW.
Well done Watchitm80 - excellent losses for you and your family :T
Well consultant has been ringing/emailing around this week to see where people are dropping off to to try and get everyone back together and it seems a 3 gen family of granny, mom and daughter have stopped coming because the lovely mom has found out she has cancer which seemed to impact on the 11 in group tonight a fair bit leaving a lull in the rest of the session.:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

Morning all!
My last day off for a couple of weeks so I'm having a reasonably leisurely morning primping myself (curling hair and make up etc, nice to get the chance to spend some time on it!) and then going to training at Nottingham uni with the boy later. Won't be back at training for 2 weeks after this :O
At my parents for a couple of hours...they never have any food I can eat in! I've had some cereal (HeB) and milk (1/2 HeA) fr brekkie, will have a WW yog (free) shortly. Will pinch an apple and satsuma to take with me but I will have to go to ASDA and get something for my lunch. No facilities to heat stuff up so think I will go for some extra fruit and maybe some salad or a pasta pot (and syn it). No idea what I'll do for tea...bf will have left over chicken from yesterday I may cook a jacket potato and get some tuna or something when i go to the shop
Wishing good days to all************************************
