about 3 and a half stone in total I think. That may be too much though, will need to see nearer the time how I actually look. It's hard to tell as the last time I weighed about that I was younger and completely skinny which I don't think would suit me now. Will plod on and see how I go, I'm not gonna give a definite figure, I'd like to be a comfortable size 12, whereas at the moment I'm squashed into a 14 or a comfortable 16.
That was my plan: to get into a decent quality 12 or a cheapo 14. Having got to target I find I'm now a quality 10 or any size 12.:D
Fairly good EE day today:
B: porage, HEA milk
L: asparagus, ham, pickled shallotschicken jumbalaya
Syns: small juice, tsp syrup, smudge of spread, 1 frankfurter
[STRIKE]May[/STRIKE] will have chocolate later with a cup of tea.
Having a flexi day out in London tomorrow and then back on the wagon on Friday.0 -
I still haven't been asked to set a target, have reached club 10 though. Im still in shock that just 6 years with my hubby has seen me go from a size 12 to an 18/20 but with a few months with slimming world has shaved that down to a New Look size 16 in jeans which are slowly being tightened more with a belt.:T:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

2lb off for me giving me my 2.5st award
now I know I will have a more 'normal' job working fewer, much more sociable hours for better money I am much happier and thinking about food less - most of the time!
Bf is going away on Monday so I doubt I will bother to stress too much to cook just for me next week. I plan to eat my soup from the freezer (2portions) make some chicken and sweetcorn soup and then just eat the standard grilled chicken and veg with jacket potatoes or rice!************************************

Stef I've been with my oh for 2 years and gone from 10/12 to a 16! God help me for the rest of our life together!
Low on sf today but been on plan and enough left for a mint hifi and hot choc later. I'm finding supermarket bills so hightrouble is oh likes proper food whereas I'd be happy with cheese on pasta every night!

Well Done on getting to targetwhat height are you? I'd love to be a size 10, but I'd be happy at a 12 I think, I'm 5'7 so would look just fine at a 12, but will have to see how it goes
I'm hoping to lose another 7lbs for Christmas (hopefully more) and I will start thinking properly then.

Well!! I joined this week, crept in to be greeted by a lovely friendly consultant who wasn't stick thin!! I asked if my husband to come in for the explanation of the plan, as I can't cook often noe as I am disabled. He was welcomed with open arms, she though it was smashing that he wanted to support me.
I have eat really well today, all sin free as I decided to save my sins for the evening, this is my very weak time.
Thanks for encouraging me to go, I get so nervous, but after 2 minutes I was fine.0 -

What a lovely post cuckooclock. I'm delighted you've had a good day. Lots of people save their syns for the evening. Personally I save most of mine for weekends so I can treat myself (mostly to wine syns:o:D).
gilly, I'm 5ft 9 and my target weight was 10st 7 although I'm generally closer to the 10st 4 end of my range.
:Tlush on your loss. Next week should be easier for you without the boy as you can just cook for yourself. Why is it men have a different take on what's proper food?;)
I've just been watching the last of the Nigelissima programmes. She made some luscious lamb chops, roasted red onions and golden potatoes with lashings of rocket and basil. I'm sure using frylight and a HEX of olive oil I could do it virtually syn free. It's on the list! My DH will think it's his birthday!
