It's a sts for me this week, I'm not surprised because although I have been good this week I wasn't last week so it has obviously caught up with me. Although I haven't lost any lbs I have definitely lost inches, I need to put another hole in my belt so the hula hooping is really working!Slimming World - 3 stone 8 1/2lbs in 7 months and now at target :j0

1/2 off for me this week.
Off's good!:D
sukey, are you going to classes as a target member or doing your own thing? 1.5lbs shouldn't take you out of your target range. There's 3lbs leeway up or down and a week to sort it if you go out of that range before you have to pay again. Your menu for today sounds good to get you back on track.0 -

I am doing my own thing but I had set myself a target of 8st 7lb which I have stayed at (or occasionally gone slightly under) for a while. I suppose I was just disappointed (with myself!) for gaining as it is the first gain I have had since I started the plan back in May. I suppose it has taught me a valuable lesson that food optimising really does work as long as you stick to it - the strange thing is that I do enjoy the food I eat with SW so much and yet there is still the temptation to stray, especially at weekends -mainly on alcohol I am afraid to say
Well done for the loss Beanie0 -
Thanks everyone. My consultant has never even mentioned long term targets, although we are on our 3rd consultant in 6 months! I think I will talk to her today and see what she says.

Hi all,
Hubby is getting a bit bored with muller lights as his sweet treat in the evenings, think he's craving something chocolatey. What do you guys have for pud that makes you feel like you've had something naughty even though its reasonably low in syns?
Also is there any other yoghurts that are tasty but low syns?
Thank you!0
