    Hi all,

Hubby is getting a bit bored with muller lights as his sweet treat in the evenings, think he's craving something chocolatey. What do you guys have for pud that makes you feel like you've had something naughty even though its reasonably low in syns?
Also is there any other yoghurts that are tasty but low syns?
    Thank you!

    Curly wurly,fudge,mini smarties,kit kat,freddo.
None ,more than approx 5 1/2 syns.

Have you tried the baileys chocolate pot things from the new magazine? Haven't tried them personally but my whole group is raving about them.

Treat size chocs like crunchie bars etc are 5/5.5 syns so are freddos. So many people love frozen curly wurlys they are about 6 I think.

Options hot chocs are 2 for a warm choc drink

Cadbury eclair sweets are 1.5each and you only need a couple for the sugary/choc craving I find

Shape yogurts are low syn, many are free and some like apple crumble and rhubarb crumble are about 0.5syn

When we feel like that I make SW Rice Pudding and flavour it with a Mullerlight. Last night I used Choc & Cherry and it was lovely. Toffee is good, so is Banana & custard. This is FREE.

We also often have a meringue nest (3 syns I believe) and chop loads of fruit up and pile on top and then use some low fat custard or low fat creme fraiche (but syn that).

We love fresh mango too and they're very sweet at the moment so they hit the spot. :)

I made a carrot cake over the weekend, http://www.slimmingeats.com/blog/carrot-and-orange-cake - it made enough for a 9 inch tin and 6 muffins too, really yummy, filling and tasted like proper carrot cake, use quark and sweetner for the icing topping and you have a lush - FILLING sweet treat for under 3 syns (use scan bran not all bran for and have it as a Heathly Extra)
Weighed in last night, -4lb:D though one lady hit -6lb! we also voted our Miss Slinky in too. Lovely lady well deserved.
B: Weetabix, Activia n slices of bacon.
L: Jacket Potato Tuna & salad
    D Cowboy Pie.

Its not 5 tins in the offer its the new variety of beans from Heinz with 5 different types of beans in the tom sauce in a tin. Normally around the 50-80p mark depending where you shop so 30p is a bargain.

Well done on the loss Shellie.:T

    Todays meals are GREEN,

WI tonight for me, found out I've been nominated for Miss Slinky but doubt I'll win that! Also don't have time to make any tasters sadly because I have a trillion things to do between now and group!

    Today:
B: muller greek style yog (0.5syn), some banana and some pineapple
    S: apple
L: not a clue, maybe some savoury rice with veggies then fruit
S: either nothing or a HiFi at group and tasters if I fancy trying any (synned obviously)
T: spag bol - works out quite high in syns cos of the mince bf got but I will add veggies to my portion and half it which will make it about 4syns

Going to the gym with bf this afternoon, just dying to see 0.5lb off tonight to get my 2.5st award. It's looking less and less likely (to me) that I will get to target by the time my countdown runs out :/
