We're worried that our fridge freezer is on the way out (bf has had it since he moved in so it's had a decent six year run) so I'm trying to use up what we have in there *just in case* I don't know what I'll do if it gives up the fight whilst he's away!

I've also just found out someone I used to be somewhat friendly with (used to work together on a few projects and met up a couple of times out of work) has moved just down the road! This makes me happy as i know we get on so I can start making some more friendships locally and have someone for proper girlie times! Yay :)

Maybe your old friend has room in her freezer in an emergency!;) Good idea to eat up what's left though.

Tomorrow is the start of a new week beanie. Write a plan and do a food diary, that'll help keep you on track.

Just had a huge roast dinner. Some syns due to fatty cut of meat (). gravy and stuffing but I did enjoy it. Thats behind me now and will be much more SW friendly all week.

Happy Monday - for those who have been struggling it's a new week and for those that haven't been long may we all continue well :)

BF is going today, he's nervous about the flight and I'm nervous about him getting injured whilst playing! But that said I think him being away for six days will do us both the world of good as we are practically in each others pockets a minimum of 14 hours a day!

Just had a phone interview for my dream job - praying beyond belief that I get it, think I could have done better on one question but hopefully they will look beyond that and pick me!

Because I'm trying to keep bf calm about the flight and tournament and myself calm about him being away I'm all jittery on the inside so not even thinking about eating properly currently. Just lifted some soup out of the freezer to defrost but doubt it will be done by tonight so roughly thinking about today:

B: muller greek style yog (0.5syn)
s: crab sticks - bf really hates the smell now so going to chow down on them whilst he's away. One woman at group swears by them on weeks she wants a good loss so we'll see!
    L: ravioli (1.5syns)
s: fruit - pineapple, satsuma and apple as they all need using
T: eeerm....well my leek and tatie soup if it's defrost...if not I think maybe another jacket potato as theres two bakers left and they need using! dunno what with though

HeB: erm..maybe a bread roll with my soup OR a couple of ryvitas
HeA: erm...half milk and half philadelphia light i think

Syns: 2 finger kit kat OR treat size bag of malteasers (5.5 each) and an options hot choc 2 syn so that takes me to 12 for the day

Better get off and check on bf one last time before he leaves me in half an hour!

Give your soup a quick ping in the microwave and that'll help it defrost lush. Where's bf flying to?

Just had the weekly email from our consultant and I was nominated for Miss Slinky. I wasn't there last week so it's nice to be thought of in my absence. It's given me a real lift.:D

Disappointed with lamb shoulder I roasted yesterday. I was looking forward to a fatty treat after a couple of years absence but meat (British and from Sainsbury's) was not good quality. I've just rescued enough meat off it for a stir fry tonight but I won't be buying that again.

    EE menu planned:
B: HEB porage, HEA milk plus teas
L: LO veg for bubble & squeak with ham (if hungry enough)
D: lamb stir fry with Golden rice
Syns: tbsp of syrup, small juice

Lush - my consultant says with a wink that if you are finding weight loss evening off or not as fast as you would like to swap some of those meat options in the week for fish and it should get things going again.

    Maman - congratulations!:T
Well today im feeling even more bleurgh and not long woken up so hubby knowing how much SW and losing weigh means to mean has quickly nuked a sachet of porridge and given me an activia yogurt. As for lunch i dont have a clue i just know tea will be steak, chips, mushrooms and onions as son has asked for this.

Dont know about anyone else but i have swapped to the activia 0% for the time being for two reasons, 1) currently been on offer in Morrisons 8 for £1.50 and 2) looking on syns online there are no syns in any of the flavours so dont have to waste any on a yogurt.

He's off to Prague to play in RugbyMania:) Proud of him but still worried he'll come back injured some how! Postie came just before he left with a package and he told me to open it when he'd gone - a few days ago he told me he'd ordered some skate wheels to replace the castors on his rugby chair and when they arrived I was to open them and put them away...but I said why don't I just open it now so he can check them in case I need to return them if they are the wrong size etc....it wasn't wheels he'd ordered it was a Tatty Teddy for me!
He'd promised me something when I got to 11st 13lb or less and we never found a bear we liked but he found a beautiful one online for me :) So now I have something to snuggle whilst he's away :P

Now he's left I have tot to entertain for a few hours and then this evening I'm going to do boring things like housework etc to entertain myself haha
