I've got access to the website so i'll have a look now, cheers for that.Slimming World - 3 stone 8 1/2lbs in 7 months and now at target :j0 -

Morning all,
Well done kandfs, great result. Sorry to hear about the gain beanie, are you ok with it since it was expected?
I also gained last night - 1lb. Was a bit surprised tbh as had stuck to it but had felt a bit bloated all day (still do) and thinking about it, I came off the pill last week so could well be hormonal. Just going to stick to it again this week but be pretty strict as I'm going to a 30th party on Sat - not going to eat there but there will be a fair bit of drink (although don't want to get too drunk) so going to try and stay as close to 5 syns a day as I can until then.
EE today:
B: Porridge (B), milk (A), banana
L: Broccoli & stilton soup (3), 2 satsumas
T: Chicken stir fry & noodles
S: Cheesecake muller (1), Options (2)

Aggghhhrrrr!
Normally sit in the kitchen with my work mates at lunch but have had to bring my soup back to my desk as one lad has got a massive Subway which, while it looks nice, I can resist, but the other one had been to the chippy and had got sausage, chips and a bread roll - omg, the smell of the chips! They know I'm on a diet so I explained why I had to go (I am starving and not particularly fancying soup but no choice) and they were fine with it, although the lad with chips offered me one as a joke so I made a rather vulgar gesture in return

Blodwen i can almost feel your pain. I have just been shuffling things around in the freezer and found a fruit crumble i made pre SW. Hubby soon shouted over "you can get that out im having it tonight!" So while he devours it with lashings of either custard or ice cream i shall have another 1/8th of SW trifle.
Todays meals are -
B, 3 scan bran, 2 scrambled eggs, 1 EL LC cheese triangle (1syn) banana and an apple.
L, Oven baked salmon fillet, rice peas and sweetcorn followed by frozen berries and Shape 0% yog.
T, 'KFC' fakeout - but will throw in a load of steamed veggies to bulk mine and sons out, 1/8th trifle (3syns).
May have a Whittards tea later in the evening (4):j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

Well done on resisting Blodwen
i'm having a green day today, my friend made cheese on pasta for lunch yesterday... so simple yet such a comfort food! So I've had that again today. Syns shall be wine consumed with a friend tonight.
WI tomorrow, really hoping for 1.5 loss. I've mostly been on plan this week, except for some of my roast on Sunday and the party food on Saturday night. I'm also going to buy a 12 week countdown, I'm managing to go nearly every week (I work shifts) so it would make sense and save me a bit of money!Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

OK, this is my first day on SW. Joined last night and got a pleasant shock on the scales - I was less than I had expected so I only have just over a stone to lose. I've set my target at 10 stone but I think I'll lower it to 9st 10lb. That was my last target when I did WW and I got within 1/2 pound and I just couldn't shift it. Then I gave up. Then I put weight back on. Sigh.
I've been advised to do Extra Easy for the first week. So far I've had:
Breakfast:
Coffee with sweetener and skimmed milk, 2 turkey rashers and 1 egg fried in Frylight, 1/2 tin of beans, followed by a sliced banana and sliced apple, topped with 0% plain Greek style yogurt, cinnamon and a drizzle of honey (1 Syn). Man I was stuffed when I left for work!
Snack - a satsuma
Lunch:
Mugshot Chinese style, 2 x Ryvita Dark Rye with 2 x LC Extra Light triangles (HEA and HEB - see my query below). Mullerlite toffee yog and some fresh brambles/rasps.
I have a query about Healthy Extras - *consults book*
375mls skimmed milk - I just wouldn't drink all that (I only have milk in coffee and I don't like semi or full fat). Could I split my HEA between milk and cheese? i.e. 180mls skimmed milk and 3 LC Extra Light cheese triangles. They're both marked CC.
Dinner - haven't got a clue yet!

In group we are told that if you wont use all your milk allowance in a day then to syn what you use and have the cheese as your healthy extra, all though i believe i have read over the past few months on here people mention they do half and half it but these are people who have been with the plan a while and know how there weight losses and gains will respond.
How many cups of coffee do you drink in a day? I would average 5-6 mugs with the skimmed milk from the allowance.:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j
