That is incredible! You must all be so proud of yourselves.:T
  • Wow watchitm80 and family! that is amazing!

Yesterday I didn't post on here mainly because I was running round doing other bits and bobs then I used the Wakefield buses for the first time (even though I've lived here a few months already!) and took myself to the gym as the boy didn't feel like going and I didn't want him to drop me off and then come back for me (just seemed pointless!) also I didn't eat anywhere near enough as I just had no appetite at all. A coffee, a banana, a pineapple lolly, 1/2 an apple (that was post gym, dropped the other half :( ) then we got a take away for tea. Was going to be chinese but the boy changed his mind so I got a chicken kebab with loads of salad...ate all the salad, 1/4 of the meat and about 1/2 the pitta and decided I couldn't eat any more!

Today will be better! Off swimming in an hour with the boy's mum then my family are coming up to go out for lunch so:
B: bran flakes (HeB) with milk (1/2 HeA), banana, pineapple lolly
    S: apple, satsuma
L: carvery :) lean meats and loads of veggies, might even skip the roasties/yorkshire and stuffing! Might split a desert with my mum, that's the syns for the day gone!
T: pineapple lolly, apples, satsumas if I get hungry

activity yesterday was 1hr gym and about 45mins walking
today will be 1hr swim :)

    Morning all,

Watchit - wow, well done to you and your family, you're all doing brilliantly!

    Welcome Travellinglight :)

Lovely weekend at my folks just chilling out, shame about the weather yesterday though - poured down the whole day including our drive home :( Me and mum both stayed on plan and just had a bit of my dad's birthday cake on Sat night as syns, so hoping for a good result at fat club tonight. We're having a soup taster evening for Halloween so I've made a vat of broccoli and stilton - depending on how much gets eaten tonight, OH and I may be having it for lunch all week!

    EE today:
    B: Bran flakes (B), milk (A), banana, raisins (3.5)
L: Broccoli and stilton soup (3), 2 satsumas
T1: Soup taster at fat club
T2: L/O spag bol (thanks mum!), parmesan (1.5)
    S: Lemon cheesecake muller (1), Freddo (5)

Have a good day all, and good luck to those with WI tonight! :)

Good morning all. Welcome to the newbies and congratulations on all the amazing losses.

Can i just ask how many of you actually use scan bran? It gets bad rep at my group as no one will either try it/say they have and hate it or absolutely love it. I only ask as one girl in our group had a stone to lose in a month to do a charity skydive to be in with the permitted weight range. She lived on scan bran during that time having the permitted 5 a day and doing the green plan. She regularly recorded 5lb weekly losses. So am now looking at this route myself to see if it shifts my sluggish 1lba week losses into the fast lane.

Lost 3st 5lb with Slimming world so far!!
