It's in the latest Slimming World magazine that Asda's cumberland chipolatas are 1 syn each, i'm not keen on sausages but my other half really likes these ones.
I have some lovely bruises on my hips from my hula hoop, I look like i've been beaten up!
I bought some size 12 jeans yesterday and they fit :j couldn't believe it, they were too tight when I tried them on 2 1/2 weeks ago and i haven't lost a huge amount since then, I am obviously losing inches though which is fab.Slimming World - 3 stone 8 1/2lbs in 7 months and now at target :j0 -
Definitely going to try and get me some of those then! Thanks!************************************

ETA:i really should read properly and not skim read to catchup. blodwen is there anything nice in the new one?
There is some good stuff, yeah- a full christmas dinner recipe (I'm not cooking the dinner this year but looks good and would defo take a few things from it if not the lot), another 'celebration meal', pork I think, the curry and a few other nice looking recipes. Some good success stories tooIt's the 100th issue so it's a bit thicker than normal, oh and there's a recipe calendar but haven't looked at that yet.
BTW I forgot to mention that I got the new sauces book for buying a countdown last week - had a flick through and looks great. I thought it would just be pouring sauces and dips but also has curries, pasta sauces etc - quite a lot in there for a little book. Will try and make some of them next week.2011: [STRIKE]Houses[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]weddings[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]cats[/STRIKE]

Morning everyone - fully focussed and on track this week so far. I'm trying to cut back on my carb portions a wee bit cos I could eat for Britain so trying to up the SF instead. Yesterday was a funny old day cos I was away with work doing visits all day and I forgot to take stuff with me so had an emergency swerve into Asda and bought a bag of pears.
I'm a complete muncher when I'm in the car and by the time I'd got home last night I'd eaten a whole bag of pears - all 8 of them!
So yesterday's consumption was:
mullerlight with all bran (HEB)
8 pears!
1/2 portion of boiled rice with large portion Home made chilli (ex lean mince, kidney beans, mixed beans, passatta, chopped toms, chillis, yellow peppers, red peppers, onions, loads of spices)
pomegranate
2 satsumas
2 laughing cow light triangles (HEA)
A syn free day as I am trying to save my syns for the wedding reception I am going to on Sat night. we have a baby sitter all night and a mini bus booked so we're both on the lash for a change! Gin & slimline tonic is going to be on the menu and lots of it....Mortgage Aug 22 £280,000

I buy these Sainsbury's ones (on offer for 3 packs for £6 at the mo) and for half a syn each they're great, really meaty. You've reminded me to buy some. Cooking some up and having them ready in the fridge makes a good snack.
Today I've had beans and toast for breakfast and plans for SW bolognese for supper, in between a banana will be involved but not sure what else. Soup in freezer if I'm hungry.0 -
New mag for Dec out.
If you buy a countdown fluff you will get free little book of sauces as free at the mo wth 12 week countdown.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. I might have to try those sausages.... My OH loves sausages!
Off to WI tonight and staying at group for the first time in a long time. Lost all my mojo and wouldn't be surprised if I've put every single pound I lost back on. However, I do now have a chilli on the cooker ready for when I get home and am starving.
I feel so good when I see I've lost weight, why do I think that chocolate and crisps and everything else is worth feeling so pants about myself? Grr.Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16
