Maman - Yes it was one of my aims but I want to go beyond that as well! It's very odd because on the scales I am still a stone heavier than when I got married but it still almost fits - very odd! I lost about 20lbs before I got married and when I put it all back on, it seems to have gone on in different places if that makes sense!

Sigh - I stayed the same again this week :( Think I am gonna try to cut back my carb portions this week and see if that will help. Hope everyone's well. x

Lets not talk about today's menu....

lets talk instead about my lovely OH  he has mentioned about taking me out at the weekend for a chinese meal plus drinks :j but if we decide to cook chinese instead - what would you suggest/recommend as the most sw friendly meal. Thought it might be fun to make our own healthy version and spend the syns on wine instead :rotfl:

You can do this! You have lots of people behind you who believe in you too :)

Flat Eric do you have access to SW online? there's been some nice Chinese type recipes on there :)

Sorry to hear you're disappointed :( A lady I sit by at class has STS for 3 weeks running now and it's been suggested that she try some different foods, so maybe a shake up will work for you - good luck!

We make our own chinese quite often and my hubby's favourite is chicken chow mein with a side of egg fried rice. Chow mein- chicken (obvs!), spring onion, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, peppers, onion, mushrooms if you fancy them, noodles - can add a bit of cornflour to make a proper sauce too. Egg fried rice- fry some finely chopped spring onions, scramble a couple of eggs until nearly cooked then add cold cooked rice and some peas. I think he likes it cos of the variety -it's like when we used to get a few dishes from the takeaway and have a bit of each. Mmmm, I feel quite peckish now! :rotfl:

I just scraped it last night, lost 0.5lb and got my 4st sticker :j Lovely colleague has just commented that every time she sees me I'm smaller, and today I'm wearing a size 14 top and 12 cardie! Tbh the cardie is big for a 12 and the top is quite tight around the arms but I have got them on and they look ok so I'm taking that and running with it!! :p

    Green today:
    B: Porridge (B), milk (A), pineapple
    L: Mugshot, pineapple
T: Linda Mc red onion sausages, chips, onion rings (going to try coating them in mash powder as was discussed in class last night - OH loves onion rings so will see what he thinks)
    S: 2 x alpen light (B), some for of biscuit (5), hot choc (2.5)

I know there is a shameful lack of veg on there :o I'm never very organised on a Tues cos of being out at fat club the night before but am making a pan of soup tonight for rest of the week's lunches, plus rest of days will be EE so will defo be having more veg.

Have a good day all! :)

    morrrrrrrrrning!!!!!

well yesterday went completely to pot. the hygienist in work went a little wonky somewhere along the timescale and ran 25 minutes into lunch with her patient. I couldnt leave or do anything until the patient was away, and just as she was leaving, other people came in to pay their bills.... meant no lunch = rumbly tummy:o

made up for it with dinner though - chicken and ham pie thing, with potatoes, and loads of veg, and a cuppa for my HEA.

today, no breakfast because i ran late for work, but lunch will be either h/m veggie soup, or a salad.... my intention is to go to mr As near work, to get fruit or veg at lunch - working late tonight, so dinner will most likely be a mugshot or some form of kettle heated item. wont seem so bad if i munch fruit/veg with it im thinking?:o

im nearly at target, :T:j so my aim for heading to NYC is to be 11.10 if i can, if not, 12 flat, which will mean i will need to move my target but thats no bother really, i dont think i want to go below 11st/11st 5lb anyway.. i dont know how i would look at that weight.... i just know im hyper aware that the most i can weight next june is 12st 7 (the weight i was at initial bridesmaid dress fitting).... if i can maintain 12st, then it means i will be a size 12 and happy :)

i shall get there :) just having a little detour along the way!:rotfl:

    any banter from anyone?
I'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know

On the wagon again I go.... royally fell off.... 4.5st (63lb) by June 2016.... LET'S DO THIS!!!!!!!:grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin:

Yeah, it can be left out - I think it tastes more authentic with it in but it's down to personal preference. Mine was from asda, £1 for a big bottle :)
