I have had a day off too.
Been out down to the coast today.
    Twas the most beautiful day.
We then went for lunch & had the most amazing roast beef & bits n bobs.
Was just such a lovely day.
I am so very lucky to have such amazing friends & family.
May regret it tomorrow at weigh in but hey ho life is also for living & none of us know what is round the corner so I am so glad to have banked such a lovely day to be able to look back on.
& I dident fall once

I'd be surpised if it caught up with you by tomorrow beanie. If you eat low syn for the next few days you might get away with it. Sounds if you had a lovely time so don't beat yourself up!

I've been off plan since yesterday morning at a family wedding. All in all probably not too horrendous as yesterday's lunch was a posh version of roast chicken dinner with loads of veg and breakfast today was fairly good except for oily eggs. Buffet last night had quite a few battered/breaded bits but that's over now. Amazing how SW makes you evaluate your food into what's 'good'. Shame it doesn't necessarily stop you making bad choices.:(

For dinner tonight I had HM ham, boulangere potatoes (with onions) peas, mushrooms and tomatoes. Probably a bit low on SFs but I'm moving in the right direction.

I had this thought whilst on holiday :)

Hoping that by having 3 really good days I can still see a loss at WI on Wednesday night. Whilst away I had an extra 5 syns most days, one day though I must have had about 20syns

I did still have fruit, SFs with meals and my helathy extras though so hoping to have got away with it slightly. I would love to see 2lbs off this week to finally take me below 12st.

Today I'm back looking after tot so food has to be quick.
B: 2 poached eggs, banana, satsuma and ww yog (free)
L: low fat super noodles, apple
T: chicken wrapped in bacon with mixed veg and potato in some form

    HeA: 250ml ss milk
HeB: probably 2 hi fi lights

Think its a tasters week in group this week but I have no idea what to make :S any suggestions?

    Morning all,

Just been catching up on the weekend's posts:

FE - sounds like you're feeling better, hope everything's ok.

Wuvvies, Beanie and anyone else who went a bit off plan over the weekend - I feel your pain! Wasn't too bad but ended up having an impromptu night out on Sat. Stuck to vodka & diet coke and ended up not having any tea (not great I know but at least I didn't have anything naughty whilst out/when came in). Felt ok when woke up yesterday but was unsurprisingly starving so whilst I pretty much stuck to the right foods, I had a bit too much, e.g. think I had 3 HEBS and 2.5 HEAs (red day), plus was nibbling on ham all day! Never mind, not sure what will happen at WI tonight but I have been 100% and even a bit under syns the rest of the week so hoping for a loss and my 4st award, but if not so be it - it's also * week so got that as an excuse!

One thing that has perked me up though is that I had to go and buy some new jeans on Sat - have already had to retire some old jeans as they were hanging off but now a few pairs of 20 and 22s have gone the same way, so bought a couple of 18s from Asda and they're great, plus it's amazing how much better and slimmer I look wearing something that actually fits! Also got a few size 16 tops and a 14 which is a teeny bit tight but wearable :):):)

    EE today:
    B: Bran flakes (B), milk (A) - forgot my banana :(
    L: Paella, pineapple
    T: TBC
    S: Yogurt, Freddo (5)

Have a great day all :)

I have well and truly fallen off the wagon :(. Yesterday and today I have been comfort eating, a load of biscuits yesterday and a load of chocolate for breakfast this morning.

I think it is a mixture of things, star week, extreme tiredness from far too many early mornings and I never get a chance to catch up. This morning was 3.50am to get my eldest to school for his french trip. My youngest son (5) has selective mutism and I am having big problems with him at the moment, he has just managed to walk out of school twice without anyone even noticing, he did this a couple of weeks ago and the school promised they would sort it out!

Anyway, I am straight back into slimming world now and I will be fully expecting a gain tomorrow through my own stupid fault.
Slimming World - 3 stone 8 1/2lbs in 7 months and now at target :j
  • Just remembered, I've bought a multipack of mini packs of malteasers. From what I'm told they are 5syns per mini pack and each is more than enough sweetstuff to satisfy me for a whole day. They multipacks are on offer in Sainsburys at the minute half price and they are also on offer, I believe in ASDA due to Halloween.

Trying to work up the motivation to drink plenty of fluids and get some chores done but it's not happening atm :/

  • Just wanted to pop in and say hi. I'm doing OK but went to the seaside Saturday and had scampi and chips - eep! Also have only done about 3hrs 40mins of exercise this week whereas last week I did 5 and a half! I did my knee in during a balance board class too which doesn't help!

I'm missing WI tomorrow too as I'm out but next week I want that blooming stone!

One good thing though - I tried my weddding dress on for the first time in 4 years and it nearly fits! The zip was one inch short... nearly!!!

They'll be even less syns if you give them away to trick or treaters!:rotfl:

Sorry to hear a few of you are struggling but if you can come on here, be honest about it and move on then you're doing well. I think the people to worry about are those that just play at SW (I'm sure we've all met them at group meetings;)).

Great news about the new, smaller clothes Blodwen. It does give a huge boost to get into something smaller and know you look good in it - a real NSV. Was getting back to your wedding weight a target for you rosie?

    My EE plan for today:
B: HEB porage, HEA milk, banana, teas
    L: HM lentil soup
D: pork stir fry with Golden rice
Syns: dessertspoon of syrup, small juice
  • maman they would be but I'm at WI on the 31st and we don't get many round here as most of the bungalows have elderly residents so people tend to stay away from our street!

Thinking of making soup for the tasters night as there are facilities to warm it up etc. migt go down well now its cooler weather
