Well after 2 days of biscuits and chocolates I have somehow managed to sts, I am more than happy with that and I am well and truly back on track. I only have 12 1/2lbs to target, I would be completely stupid to mess it up now!
I am also starting to exercise again, last time I tried I gained weight and it really put me off but this time I am just going to carry on with it and hopefully after a few weeks it will settle down and help with my weightloss, I really need to tone up. I just bought a weighted hula hoop, just had a go and wow it hurts! Might have bruises from this tomorrow :eek:Slimming World - 3 stone 8 1/2lbs in 7 months and now at target :j0 -
Yeah, it can be left out - I think it tastes more authentic with it in but it's down to personal preference. Mine was from asda, £1 for a big bottle
Just thinking that the boy won't eat it if he knows something like that is in it - he is super fussy! But I'm pretty sure I can sneak the garlic and ginger etc in without him noticing, he'll notice a bottle of rice wine though!
Lunch changed in to a ham sandwich with just a smidgin of cheese as I didn't have toast with my poached eggs. Will count the cheese as my HeA rather than milk (I even remembered to weight it, yay). The rest of the day will stay the same.
Hoping that knowing I have spag bol for tea will stop me from succumbing to the munchies after swimming!************************************

Fair play, although I would say it isn't really noticeable once you have garlic and ginger in. I only put a few shakes in, definitely less than soy sauce. My OH is fussy too but if I can get something in once before he finds out it's normally ok, and also saying 'this is what they use in the takeaway and you like that'LOL!

Can't shake this horrible nagging thought in my head that I'm going to see a gain tomorrow
The 4 days away whilst I was well behaved have really hit me mentally and despite having been super well behaved the past few days my brain is telling me it will be a gain and not only will I be gutted I will be disappointment in myself which is worse!
Off swimming as soon as the tot has been picked up and plan to do at least an hour if not closer to two. Arrrgh at least after class tomorrow I will have my SW head 100% back on! Have to take tot to class but will take some toys to keep him quiet************************************

today i was well behaved
L: salad box from the local sandwich shop (syn free), small bag of apple slices, pineapple stick (courtesy of azdah) and a snacksized bag of grapestomato pasta mugshot (free), 1/2 wholemeal bap (HEB - no fillings), snacksized bag of carrot sticks, pineapple stick, and 6 squares of dairy milk with oreo ( 8.5 syns)... absolutely stuffed
ohh on a side note, ive found out one of my favourite chocolate snacks is quite light on syns... its a kinder chocolate... stick i suppose the name is:rotfl:... for a small stick its 3.5 syns which isnt too bad (about 2ish inches in length each?) and they are very sweet so a little is satisfactoryI'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know
On the wagon again I go.... royally fell off.... 4.5st (63lb) by June 2016.... LET'S DO THIS!!!!!!!0 -
Weigh in tomorrow night for me and hoping I have lost 1 pound.
Have had SW quiche today with cous cous and SW mango salsa.
A neighbour brought me round some homemade pear cake (she's from Czech Republic) and I have to say I HAD to eat a piece because she was so kind in making it for me. Later on I went for a very brisk 1.5 mile walk so am hoping that cancels that out! I never normally eat cake so I do feel guilty.0
