Confused.com Motor Mate (argh!)

I dont think they have a clue whats going on.

I got two cheques which both bounced in mid september as I applied twice. I hadnt realised you had to apply for the cheque in the registered email address, which was a gmail account and had originally applied with my normal email addy.

I did one online and one from my phone.

I've had the cradle but no replacemnt cheque or cheques.

Quite frankly I'm not holding my breath for anything from them as it looks like an administrative shambles that must have already cost them a fortune in bounced cheque bank fees charged against them.

Just wondered when the £25 offer finished? Does anyone know? I thought it was still on so went to claim, and it says it's ended. Just my luck if I've missed it by a few hours!

If you haven't had a replacement cheque by now it looks like you never will..... Got a charger though so persuing them for a new cheque.... still a shambles.

We have now re-issued a cheque to all eligible customers, but I can see that you weren’t included in the re-issued files. This would either be because we were unable to match your original claim to your MotorMate user profile with the email address you had entered on your claim, or because we had already issued the £25 cashback reward to someone in your household.
The email address entered on your claim for the £25 cashback reward was ‘*****@gmail.com’.

If you entered a different email address when you registered your MotorMate profile and you have now driven 250 miles or more using the App, please reply to confirm which email address you have used, and we will investigate to see if we are able to amend the claim form for you.

- only applied about 3 weeks ago
- cradle & bits arrived about 7 days later
- cheque arrived, was banked, and went into account Fri 16th
- Thur 29th today and hasn't been referred to drawer

All in all fair treatment from the company, from my experiences.

Although I missed the cheque my cradle has arrived but no instructions. Can anyone give me an idiot's guide to assembling the thing and where to stick it? (politely please!!)

What are the little screws for?
