    - Are you still awaiting your cradle/charger
    - Have you recently received your £25 cheque, and was it issued correctly or incorrectly.

    We have been informed there was a glitch which has been resolved - your feedback would tell us if it has.

  • I'm still waiting for both the cradle/charger and £25. I'm still not sure if I entered the right email address when I logged that I'd completed the miles. I posted my question on the Confused.com Facebook page a few days ago and was told to email them directly, which I did yesterday. No response as yet.

    Ouch... I suspect that's gonna cost you a bob or two in bank charges. Fortuantely my bank doesn't charge me for returned cheques paid in but not honoured.... just £10 if I wanted to stop one.

    EDIT. I can confirm that mine has bounced today.

    So we don't have to do anything for replacment cheques as these are being sent automatically??
  • Yip, I have a bouncy cheque too lol! Shows up on my banking as insop.com (i think) - I wondered what it was lol!

    And still waiting on phone cradle.

    I think its been a great app - Ive told loads of friends about it

    So am I.

    I presumed my first application for the cradle hasn't worked as when I applied for the cheque I had to have 2 goes to see the success page.

    So we don't have to do anything for replacment cheques as these are being sent automatically??
    As the email says.

    Since I did my 250 miles (which I did in 10 days) I've had 3 more updates to the app, 2 of which were in the last week.
    I'm not cynical I'm realistic :p

    (If a link I give opens pop ups I won't know I don't use windows)

    My partner is also still waiting for his cheque to come through [EMAIL="davidlichfield@hotmail.co.uk"]davidlichfield@hotmail.co.uk[/EMAIL]

    And neither of us have receieved the charger and cradle yet.

    But you will get a shed load of nasty spam picked up by web crawlers if you leave your personal email addresses in your post above.
