Got my cheque. The first and only one I received was September dated so all is well. I cashed it and can confirm the money is mine

Still waiting for the cradle I requested though.

Perhaps confused.com representative can shed some light?

If you've still not received your cradle, you can email motormateadmin@confused.com with your details and they'll look into it for you.

My cradle turned up at the end of last week, looks good but could do with a manual as I couldn't figure out how to put it together! Got there in the end though.

Monkeygrinder - have you tried contacting via Facebook?

Just noticed this so having received neither cheque nor cradle have emailed - sounds like its becoming another Hoover what with the bouncing cheques too :eek:

No cradle yet for me, the cheque turned up without any problems ages ago though.

I have just mailed on the e-mail address above to see if they can track it down.

I got a reply to my email to ask about my replacement cheque.

They said for some reason they can't find details about me and therefore I am not entitled to a replacement!!?

I still have the original cheque and the email they sent apologising for the mistake with the date.
Can anyone advise me what my chances would be if I took them through the small claims court?

Sorry monkeygrinder, no idea Have you scanned and emailed them a copy of the original cheque?

For what it's worth, guys, the cradle is rubbish. Tried to use mine last week and the rubber sucker won't even stick to the windscreen, not for a second.
