CPS (aka Perky) suspended from DVLA Data Access

I can't help feeling that somewhere, deep in the bowels of Solihull Technical College, there is a bursar reading a letter, asking for a refund of all fees paid for a legal course that the letter writer took, which has so far provided him with rubbish legal information.Je Suis Cecil.0

We should start a game based on Perky:
We'll all send him registration numbers and its down to him to guess if they're real or fake!
His prize? Knowing that he's actually got a talen at *something* if he gets more than 50% right!0 -

And ofc, it Perky's Achilles Heel. Under the right circumstances it will be possible to induce him to self destruct on the wheels of justice just so he can avoid his colossal ego being deflated.
Absolutely. And goodness only knows what the other PPC members of the BPA board must be making of it. Not only does VCS threaten the very foundations of their scam by falling flat on its corporate face every time it gets near a judge, but then Perky comes blundering along with his misguided legal flummery and threatens to awaken their somnabulent poodle, the DVLA, and force it to bare some teeth.Je suis Charlie.0 -
It does strike me that what ever we think of PPC's in general most just spend their time working 9-5 earning their money from tickets etc and going home home to tea on the table
I just dont get why one has to take his work home with him and has become completely and utterly obsessed with scoring points against forum users.
This has of course led to his downfall. For everthing else there's mastercard.
For clampers there's Barclaycard.0 -
Here is an image of the sign in question:

It was on the CPS website under "example signs", but has now been removed.
It's still visible in the cartoon on his website:

Clearly readable if you zoom in a bit.Je suis Charlie.0 -
Wow what a rubbish cartoon - but you can see why some car park owners would think that was a good plan. Not now though.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I can see loads of stop press news headlines on his website about his appointment to the board of the AOS, and a couple of old dodgy court wins, but he's not mentioned this latest development?
Strange.Je Suis Cecil.0 -
And I can see why Perky was so incensed about the £27 plus VAT POPLA charge that's coming in. His website boasts that they pay the highest amount per completed ticket to the landowner/occupier (which looked to be £25 in the video).
The £27 plus VAT POPLA charge plus the cost of CPS' letters and man hours will mean they cannot function even if/when they get DVLA access back.
It's not as if they can cancel contracts they already have, saying they WILL PAY the landowner a hefty chunk for completed tickets. So they are stuck with that arrangement, on existing car parks with their little self-ticketing operation.
And it's not as if they could increase their fake PCN amount by much because there are BPA guidelines (!) and also there comes a point where the amount of fake PCN charge will tip the balance to tell even the must gullible of people that 'something's not quite right here'.
hahahahahahaha! :rotfl:PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hardly a surprise. It looks like he bought a £399 website from a company which specialises in Indian restaurant sites:

I've been out of the parking game for 2-3 years so I'm getting a bit rusty in my little corner. I've not heard of this so can you tell me more?0
