My dear ex DH always said - one up, one down, one to polish!0

1 up, 1 down, 1 shine!0

I buy Triple Softy for £1.99 for 9 rolls, very good quality for the price , if it's too soft and pretty it gets used for blowing noses etc., so you can't win :-)0

Use both sides!
If it's two ply tissue, you can use all four sides.0 -
As a mum of 2 teenage boys - I just don't ask where the Loo Rolls go !!!0

"I think the cheapest, thinnest brands also mean you can't maximise usage from the sheets and they tear easily, so a false economy to a certain degree."
true but when my family start wasting the good stuff I buy either the 6 rolls for a pound in the pound-shop or 18 for £2 in QD and don't say anything but put it on the lo roll hanger. They soon get the point!!!0 -
Asda Smart Price for 67p (4 rolls) is good enough for my dirty bum bum.
No rips, no fingers slipping through unlike some of the more well known ones.
Sod paying £4+ to wipe poo off my bum. besides most of my dumping is achieved at work !!0 -
Use paper and then a wet wipe. You'll find you're cleaner too!:embarasse:embarasse
If you use wet wipes on yourself after you've been to the loo, you could end up with a hefty plumbers bill! Most of these so-called "disposable/flushable" wet wipes do not flush away and get bunged up in the pipework causing a blockage and a pricey plumbers bill!! So be warned! Use at your peril!!0
