Hi all,
Apologies if I have offended anyone, it was not intended. It is my site indeed,
and I don't think I tried to hide it, otherwise, I would have chosen a different
username :-) Apologies again, I did not mean to offend anyone!
Ayla - I am glad you found the tips useful.
Shanna - I am not sure why you did not receive anything, but I will send you another email directly.
I have had some feedback about the price of the product and instead of having the hardcopy version, I will put together an ebook which will be downloadable for a cheaper price. I would like to get feedback from people like yourselves, on how much you would be ready to pay for a full report which will help you save literally thousands of pounds?
Thanks

I've been doing the rounds in Hatton Garden and went to see a one man band who sells his stuff from his apartment - seems very genuine and gets his diamonds from Antwerp and Hong Kong, also 4 of my partners collegues have purchased from him.
I took Wife to be along as we both work nearby and he showed us these really sparkly diamionds that he said are called Hearts and Arrows as they are symetrical therefore omit more sparkles (sorry for lack of description - i am a bloke).
What i need to know is, is this a myth? For the same cut of 0.71ct H - VS1 it's costing £400 more than if it didn't have these supposed Hearts and Arrows.
I've tried to do some research via google and haven't come up with much.
As this is quite a big personel spend and help on this matter would be very much appreciated.0 -

So far, we haven't even thought about having favours at our wedding. How stupid are we being? What would you think if you turned up to a wedding and there weren't any favours? All the weddings that we've been to have had favours so far.........................
Would you think:
a) the bride and groom are tight. I want a favour!
b) every other wedding I've been to have had favours.
c) burp, too trollied to notice.
Your advice/ideas are greatly appreciated!

To be quite honest i probably wouldn't bother that there wasn't any favours. I would prefer that the bride and groom used the money to have a good time. At the end of the day how can you be tight when you are paying for 120 people to eat. However, alot of people don't think like that. You get some right stingy !!!!!!s. I'm getting wed in June and i shall be giving favours to the women and to all the kids to keep them occupied. I'm not giving to the blokes, apparantly men didn't get anything although now they get minatures (which costs a bomb).
Do what you want for yourselves, at the end of the day its your wedding.A banker is someone who lends you an umbrella when the sun is shining, and who asks for it back when it start to rain.0 -
I always think favours are quite nice to recieve at the wedding. It's just alittle something for everyone to have. I don't think I've ever been to a wedding that didn't have them.
However... I don't think there is any need to spend loads on them and give them something "to keep" like a trinket box or whatever. I got a little china box from a friend with their names and the date on it. It was sweet, but now it's just sat collecting dust and I don't know what to do with it.
I got married last year and I did little boxes of fudge (just two pieces). I had a local shop do them for me with ribbon around the box and I tied on name labels myself (which made them double up as placenames at the table). They cost less than £1 each to have done. And everybody loved them. Most people ate them there and then, but a handful of people took them home to keep.
Hope that helps. Most things in life are beyond our control, for everything else there is a spreadsheetson#1 born 04/01/09

We received a candle holder from friends a couple of years ago, with their names and dates of the wedding.
