Abused while standing at my car in a disabled bay

Even more infuriating is the fact that they seem to take it upon themselves to police the use of them.
That's because they're nutjobs and quite frankly best ignored as you would ignore anyone else muttering or ranting out loud in public......................I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

I've had a BB since I was 30 due to walking difficulties and I get this all the time as I am obviously far too young to have a BB. I generally ignore people who pass comment but sometimes I can come back with witty replies.
Personally **ducks for cover** I don't see why BB holders get free parking. I'm just appreciative of the fact that I can park closer to places which helps my mobility issue.Life is a rollercoaster.....ya just gotta ride it:whistle:0 -

They don't. That one is left up to individual authorities to decide.
The only legal stipulation is that any charge for BB parking must not exceed that for able bodied parking in the same area.0 -

Some people are just like that. No excuse for it. A while ago I went to the cinema and parked in the car park. I was with my son and daughter. I have no blue badge. I didn't park in a disabled space. My car was parked straight, within the lines. I think I look and act 'normal'. I'm a quiet person.
When I approached my car - I was just beside the car parked next to mine - I unlocked the door with the remote control key. Two men were walking in the opposite direction from me, and one of them said to the other, 'look at that, some ******* drivers think they own the place, who do they think they are? I can't be done with them'. I hadn't done anything to him. I'd never seen him before. We were walking in different directions. But for some reason, the car I drive seemed to make him angry.
Some people are morons. Don't take it personally. They have bigger problems than you do. Those chips they have on their shoulders must weight a lot!0 -

I know how you feel OP.
I was told earlier by someone that I'm 'not so disabled I can't afford a '62' plate Jag' by someone outside the office. (we've got 2 disabled spaces in the car park)
What I do for a living surely is none of anyone else's business?
