Love the holiday link - very picturesque. Wish it was us! A few more years and it will be.

For once I have come on here to deliver some money news. We now own 22% of our house (based on the price we paid) and our large mortgage is now into the £129s :D

No money news but I am going to start my meal plan for November tonight, I hope I can get some interest from Mr AJM for things he would like to eat too. In the end this will save us money so it has a link.

Tonight's dinner will be thai salmon kebabs with sweet chilli and lime dipping sauce, noodles and green beans with sesame, chilli and ginger. Mr AJM asked if I would like a takeaway instead so I didn't have to cook, I gave him a strange look to let him know I wasn't happy with the suggestion. The only reason I would sway for a takeaway would be if we had a thai one nearby and we don't so not a chance.

In foot news, the exercises were so much easier today with less pain so things are definitely moving in the right direction :j

No real money news as I had to buy a pair of shoes today, mine were not going to last much longer and couldn't be repaired. My new pair can be re-heeled and re-soled :money:

I really came on to share this video which I think is brilliant https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=10150279818208018&set=vb.138531276211672&type=2&theater

Mrs E and I now have a pact to only get takeaways for special treats on positive occasions. We agreed that it was a waste of money ordering in huge amounts of food just because we'd had a tough day at work etc. Work isn't usually fun, no reason why it should drive us to wasting all our money as well ;)

I am still here, it has been a strange week at work but I have 4 days off now so am making the most of it.

Mr AJM's son and his girlfriend and coming for dinner and staying tonight, I am cooking for them for the first time. I have no idea what I am making and DH isn't being very helpful.

My stress/nerve levels are quite high, we should find out about promotion today!

Promotion signal delayed until at least Monday so I have to endure all this turmoil again.

Dinner was a success yesterday, I have no idea when they are leaving so it is a good thing I made sure we had enough in for lunch. We have things that we would like to do though so it is a tad annoying. I need to hint to Mr AJM that he finds out what their plans are, they don't drive so may be waiting for us to offer a lift.
