This reminds me, I must sort out S&S saves or ISA, I keep forgetting. BTW - how did it go with DH's son once you'd made it out of the shower?

Don't know what I was worrying about! It occurred to me that Mr AJM hasn't been alone with him since they have been back in contact but I have. I guess it will all take time but it is heading the right way :D

The exercise has slowed a bit as I am having 2 physio sessions a week for a knee problem. I am still doing something 5 days (ish) a week but not at the same intensity as before. However I am constantly achy with the exercises I have to do so I am sure it will be doing me some good.

After a small £7.75 OP we are £100 away from our 2013 MFW target :j once we have reached it I think I might stick to the lower OPs I have planned and put any extra money towards present buying.

Christmas present planning today. I don't care about Mr AJMs ideas, I am doing hampers for my mum and sister this year. I might even see if I can do something innovative for my dad. I am going to make the santa sleighs for the teachers in Mr AJMs department as I feel it is more in keeping with the spirit of Christmas, I just hope he agrees although if he buys anything else it normally comes from his account.

I have finally got enough points on Toluna so have ordered my £30 Debenhams voucher :j can't remember which site I have enough for John Lewis vouchers so need to check that.

Meal plan done until Thursday with a shopping list to go with it.

I have quite a few ideas for Christmas presents for family and I am hoping they will all be a bit more personal. I need to make a shopping list so I can keep an eye out for bargains. I have told Mr AJM I am keen to buy presents early so I can make us lots of scrummy festive food, I think he likes that idea.

I have a purely admin role at work this week which means I should get a lot of paperwork done and I only need to work mornings. I hope to be in the gym by 1pm each day and finish with a swim. If I can get to the gym earlier (11am) then this will free up even more of my time.

    Tomorrow's jobs (after work)

    Gym/swim
    Shopping
Bake walnut & choc chip cookies
    Bake scones
    Tidy kitchen

I am planning quite a lot of batch cooking/slow cooker food over the next couple of weeks to bulk up the freezer. We are due a cold snap from Wednesday and it will be nice to have some comfort foods ready. I have lent my slow cooker book to step son's girlfriend so will need to do a bit of internet searching to get some ideas.

I am not doing so well with my list, although I did get a fair amount done at work and have a list to work through for the rest of the week.

    Tomorrow's jobs (after work)

    Gym/swim Done
    Shopping Done
Bake walnut & choc chip cookies Done
    Bake scones
    Tidy kitchen Work in progress

We had a lovely dinner, mango chicken, spicy couscous, mangetout and baby corn followed by stewed nectarines, meringues and ice cream. I am quite happy with the dessert as I didn't use a recipe for it and just went with instinct. This may seem like quite a simple thing but I seem to have missed any home economics lessons that may have been any help when at school so I am teaching myself now.

I am not sure I will have the energy tonight or tomorrow to bake any scones so may leave this until Wednesday when I have more time. we have some cookies to try anyway :D
