The gym was no easier today. Strange numbers again, 54 minutes of cv and sit ups. Although I felt sluggish I was still able to push myself quite a lot.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

In money news because I finally have some, our large mortgage is now in the £120s :jaccording to my spreadsheet I will be here for the next 15 months, I am hoping to get it down to a year. We should also drop to under £14 a day for interest on this part by November so that is my next goal.
I haven't managed to get to the gym today, at times it felt like I needed to be in 3 or 4 places at once. It may be a blessing in disguise as I have a terrible headache but I might see if Mr AJM fancies a walk later to see if the fresh air helps. I am in work later tomorrow so should be able to do a gym session and a full swimming session too.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

I have been in my job for 13 years today which means unless I get my contract extended I will be out of a job 9 years today. I don't think there is any hope of being completely MF but if we can get this larger mortgage as low as possible then I will be happy. I am going to go and play on some OP calculators to work out how to do this if we were to clear it.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

Managed to make the gym the last 3 days with varying degrees of success. My body is shattered but I don't want to stop exercising so I have tried to tone down what I am doing. I had planned a whole weekend off but I may be going for a gentle jog with Mr AJM on Sunday depending on my body.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

Wow AJM - you have been incredibly disciplined with the gym (and mortgage) of late
I can't imagine exercising with Mrs E, I think she thinks it would ruin the mystique!0 -
Thanks Ed, I don't feel very disciplined regarding the mortgage so I must be bluffing well! I am so tired it is hard to stay motivated with the gym but I have to attack it with something like OCD and not stray or I just get a bit bored. Once I have been going a bit longer I hope it will become natural again.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

I have lost just under half a stone since we got back from holiday and I started walking and going to the gym
hopefully this will give me the motivation I need to keep going.
I have today off so hope to get a lot done as I always feel it is easier at the beginning of the week. Our cleaner is away on holiday for a couple of weeks so I want to try and keep on top of things so will be doing a bit of cleaning each day until she is back.
Plan for today
Check food inventory is up to date, meal plan from it and make shopping list
Gym/swim
Shopping
Bake lemon drizzle cake (meant to do this 2 weeks ago and need to do it now before the lemons aren't worth using)
Clean kitchen (after baking) and utility room
Look at christmas present ideas, try and fill in a few more blanks and possibly buy something.
Hopefully this won't take me all day and I can have a bit of time to myself before Mr AJM comes in.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200
