I am trying to get organised with meal planning and shopping properly seeing as I have today off. I have planned our meals up until Friday and we have a voucher for a nice restaurant that we are thinking of using as a treat on Saturday. The meat/fish part of our meals are already in the freezer so it is just the accompanying things I need to buy. My shopping list doesn't look too long and it includes packed lunches for us for the rest of the week, hopefully all we need to buy is milk.

I need to package my ebay items but annoyed that I can't post until tomorrow due to the bank holiday in England, I was hoping there would be a way around it seeing as we don't have one but no one is moving anything. Nevermind, at least they will be ready to go tomorrow, I will nip out at lunch so I can get them moving.

We are thinking about a cruise. Our holiday is quite early and we have made the mistake of going to holiday resorts before they are properly open before. The cruise would mean we go away straight after the residential course and give us a couple of days at home before we are back at work. We just need to find a set of destinations we want. If we don't cruise we may try Cyprus for a week as it should be warm enough for some snorkelling.

Feeling very stressed out today but no idea why. Think I am going to take myself off to the gym to see if that helps then go shopping on the way home. Unfortunately going to the gym means going to work on my day off so I will have to use my will power not to go anywhere near as I am sure that will just stress me out even more. I hope to be much calmer when I return!

My gym session was good, 50 minutes cv work and 10 lengths in the pool. I feel a little less stressed now.

I have seen the postmen about today so I am going to see if I can post my ebay parcels this afternoon and then go for a walk seeing as the weather is so nice.

I have managed to post one ebay item and can't do the other one until tomorrow.
It is really warm here, the last thing I want to do is spend ages in the kitchen so I might bake later this evening and go for a walk now.

I didn't walk in the end, I couldn't be bothered and I have already been to the gym Plus I have spent far longer than planned making a rice salad for our lunches this week. Next time I will take the rice out of the pan so it cools down A LOT quicker!

I think we may have decided on Crete for our Easter holiday unless anything better comes up. It is really affordable and even adding some nice extras doesn't make it too expensive. It will be a nice break after the residential weekend which pretty much pays for the holiday :D

Been to the gym again today but only managed 34ish minutes. I did 31 minutes, got on the cross trainer and did a bit but there was a wasp that was being very annoying and seemed to like me so I left!

All ebay stuff has now gone, I hope I have done everything correctly, they leave me good feedback and aren't those people that try to swindle you!

Enjoying really pushing myself in the gym at the moment, 52 minutes of cv, some abs work and swimming today. I don't think I have been doing it for long enough for it to become second nature but I hope to keep going.
