According to the BMI calculator (which I don't normally take any notice of) I am now back in the normal weight zone :j

Been to the gym again today, another 52 minutes of cv, sit ups circuit and 10 lengths in the pool.

Money-wise Natty will be proud of me as I have nothing to report!

I agree it seems strange but it is a routine I follow on the bike and cross trainer. 1 minute at level 1 and each minute I put it up by one level, once I get to the level I am stopping at I come back down the same way. Have been going to level 12 on the bike (23 mins) and level 10 (19 mins) on the cross trainer then 10 mins on the rower.

I did 50 minutes of exercise yesterday doing different things, I was working late last night and didn't want to tire myself too much so had a more relaxed workout. Looking forward to 2 days away from the gym now.

I have made a good contribution to my ISA this month of £424.42, I decided to throw all my extra money this month to my savings rather than the mortgage. The sooner I manage to boost my savings to a level I am happy with the sooner I can drip feed smaller amounts to my ISA and concentrate on sending the money to the mortgage again.

I move up to the top increment level for my pay bracket tomorrow so I'm looking forward to the pay packet at the end of September. I won't get another pay rise until I get promoted, hopefully that will be on the cards in about 19 months time.

I finally got paid for my council work on Thursday but I have been paid half what Mr AJM got for doing exactly the same work. I wouldn't mind if we had been on different rates of pay but our pay slips say we are on the same so I need to send an email to try and find out what has happened. If it is something that has had to happen this year then I can possibly deal with that as I was accepted on the team quite late on (even though I have done the same work). However if it is likely to stay the same then I don't think I will accept their offer of work for the next session. I enjoy it so I hope it is a mistake.

Tomorrow our large mortgage should be below £130k (even with interest added at the end of the month) :j I wonder how long it will take to get into the next bracket! The opening balance was £145529 in August 2011 so I guess we aren't doing too badly.

Money shuffle was completed this morning, it will be a tight month but I am giving it a go. It will be helped if I can sort out a menu plan with all the books I have in front of me.

Very windy here which is making it quite cold. All the windows are shut properly for the first time in months although the vents are still open. I am wearing socks again :( fluffy slippers and we both have jumpers on!!! I hope to keep the heating off until October but it might be tough if it stays like this.

My meal planning has ground to a halt, we have meals for the next 3 days so I am just being lazy. I am getting a bit bored of tv and some of my normal internet surfing sites so I need to find a hobby or I will end up being far too organised.

Maybe operation Christmas should start now, 114 days to go. We will be here for Christmas this year so I will need to be organised, maybe this should be my hobby until I have everything done.

I have really missed the gym this weekend and am looking forward to getting back tomorrow. I really struggled after the weekend last week, hopefully it will be easier this week.
