Today I had a strawberry and cream scone, yesterday I had pizza for dinner however other than that I have been quite good. It can only last so long before something slips but I quite like the results I am getting so I am trying hard to keep up the good work. For you I will make sure I post my rubbish food too x

Strawberry scone sounds very nice I think I might have to join you in getting fit though, but might have to wait until the kids are back at school, there is too much temptation at the moment.

Back in the gym again today but I haven't managed to go for a walk yet and not sure I will fit it in. I was in the gym for an hour so I am not worrying too much about the walking.

50 minutes in the gym yesterday. Working today but hoping to go for a walk later.

I am not doing so well on meal planning at the moment which has meant me shopping every day. Hoping to address this next week.

I did a longish post to you earlier on AJ, just as my iPad ran out of charge ... and I realised that my charger is knacked, however I've managed to twist the lead enough to give me short bursts of power!

I was basically congratulating you on all the exercise:T I've not been at the gym at all this week, and only twice the previous week, so coupled with my wine drinking and chocolate and crisp eating my lard has more lard on top of it:o

3 items sold on the bay of e. They were listed for a total of £20.99 and sold for £97.99 I am a little nervous about the processes I now need to complete but I am sure it will be fine. It is also free listing this weekend so I am going to try and photograph some of my evening dresses tomorrow and list them.

We have now finished our work with the council music activities for the year so hopefully all the money should be through within the next couple of months and even better we have been asked to do the next season. This has 2 bonuses, 1 is that we get paid for doing something we enjoy and the other is that it is the start of our 2 week holiday at Easter which means we can now only go on holiday for a week or 10 days rather than the 2 we were planning.
