I have decided to reduce my MFW 2013 target to £2000, I am currently on target to meet that but not the £3000 total set at the beginning of the year. I don't feel this is a bad thing as I am boosting my savings too. I will meet my new target if I keep with my current planned OPs but I am hoping to send a few extras towards the mortgage too.
We discussed our spare room yesterday which we now plan to make into a bedroom/study. We still need to sort through a lot of stuff but agree that we need to make the space for family to stay.
I have already spent my £10 for today and £1.99 of tomorrow's money but in the long run it will help me save money. I have just bought the bbc good food cook book which should arrive in a couple of days. It should mean I spend less time on the website and each time I find a recipe to cook I write it out so I don't have to cook with the laptop alongside me however now I will be able to use the book. It may also encourage me to use my other cook books. I am not going to transfer the £8.01 left from tomorrow until I can guarantee I won't spend it but I don't plan to go anywhere tomorrow.
The weather is not looking too good here so I won't be doing the trail walk near me as going up the rather large hill will be hard going if it is wet. I need to plan a route to walk for today now.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

I am meant to be waiting in for our site manager tomorrow to sort out a few issues with our property but he turned up this morning. The head office had tried to fob us off on one of the problems but he is away making some calls to try and sort things for us...it is not our fault that the downpipe is on the wrong side of the house!!!!!! I am waiting for him to come back with an answer and then I will go out for my walk. I had planned to get Mr AJM to drop me near his work tomorrow morning and walk back so I could do something before waiting but now I have the whole of tomorrow to do what I want
I am thinking of going for a walk further out is our county up one of the hills, need to borrow DHs ipod though or I might get a bit bored by myself. I think I might save up to get my own.

I have just set up an account on gumtree and have advertised my first 2 items, I am not entirely sure how pick up works on there but I am guessing it comes down to negotiation if anyone buys my things. They are quite heavy so I am not sure they would be a good thing to sell on Ebay but I will have a look on there in a sec.
Everything has been discussed with our site manager, there is a plan in place and they will pay for everything to be rectified :j who needs men to do things...I do need to sort some works with conservatory company now though and might take Mr AJM with me for that.
What else can I sell...?MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

Sounds like me! My DH says that there are times when he daren't sit still for long or he will find himself listed. I am putting the spare fridge on today as it is a free listing day. I was going to freecycle but it has scrubbed up wellI’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Pensions, Annuities & Retirement Planning, Loans

Thanks MallyGirl, I have just listed my gumtree items on Ebay too. It wasn't as difficult as I remember. I really need to go out for a walk but I am tempted to see what else I can list!!! The good thing is Mr AJM is teaching for an hour this evening so I can look then too. I started keeping a list a while ago of what I had to sell so I might go and have a look and see if I can find it.
Edit: I have just listed a handbag given to me as a gift years ago. Unfortunately this might be all I can do today unless I can photo some dresses well enough. I will give that a go later.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

6 mile walk this afternoon, it felt even better because the rain started as I got in the house
In the bay of e related news, 1 item with 2 watchers and 2 with 1. Knowing my luck they won't sell but at least I am finally trying.
Half an hour of chilling out before I start cooking lamb and potato hotpot for dinner.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200
