They will probably still pick you up, specially if your using the same credit/debit card.
Your name will also be picked up, if your using credit/debt card you will usually have to enter the name on your card, so you won't be able to change that either.
If you don't get a good enough response from them, complain, and if you do get a good enough response, still complain for messing you around, you will most likely get a complimentary voucher.
Try Superdrug if not, I find them just as good.

Good Luck.
Boots rang me back and said i had done nothing illegal but they were taking no more orders from me.
They could not tell me the reason why so i dont think complaining will do any good.
I think what you said about them still picking up payment details etc is right.
They have told me i can still order in store though which doesnt make a lot of sense to me?Your greatness is measured by your kindness; your education and intellect by your modesty; your ignorance is betrayed by your suspicions and prejudices, and your real caliber is measured by the consideration and tolerance you have for others.

Sort of defeats the object of not having to carry your shopping home.Your greatness is measured by your kindness; your education and intellect by your modesty; your ignorance is betrayed by your suspicions and prejudices, and your real caliber is measured by the consideration and tolerance you have for others.

Maybe try writing (not emailing) Head Office or something to complain, request that this 'misunderstanding' is cleared up? However, I would say that even if they re-instate your ordering ability that they will be watching you like a hawk, so you probably could not continue using offers and glitches anywayWe must all suffer one of two things: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret and disappointment0 -
Give writing to head office a go and ask for an explanation (if you get a decent 1) but dont expect the account to be reinstated.0

I'm wondering if it's your location and they are perhaps thinking you're an employee or related to one, and maybe getting the heads up from someone 'inside'.
