Pat - try not to think that everyone on this board was having a go at you. The op was just asking and it's quite possible they are puzzled why someone would buy 5 bottles of perfume, I don't think it's a criticism. I realise it is different when the shoe is on the other foot and sometimes when it's you're topic that it more difficult to take a step back.

I didn't ask to be judged, i asked people what they would do if this happened to them.
I do already know that you can be refused custom by any store/place without them giving a reason.
I was asking people how they would react.
I've been quite forthcoming in my answers, got nothing to hide.
Does no one else spend thousands over a few years?
Why is that so hard to grasp?
No one knows my exact circumstances, whether i have bought from boots other than offers, but are quite willing to assume that is the case.

It doesn't matter what people say, you won't listen, you've been given advice. Have I spend a few thousand on shopping at boots - no not at all. Do I buy 5 bottles of perfume at a time- no.
What would I do - nothing.

OP is annoyed because Boots decided to ban her for continually shopping online offers.

If you want to vacuum up offers without being tracked, don't use websites, don't use loyalty cards and don't use debit cards. Simples.

It's not unusual for stores to limit offers, Lidl often limits them to 6 per customer and Ocado to 20 per customer, to name but two.

If you haven't read the T & C's and don't stick by them any store has the right to ban you and it's your own fault for getting banned.
