I only have 1006 nectar points from am ex, any advice?

up until yesterday i had received 1000 from amex and 2000 from nectar
just had another check tonight and a further 2000 has been added by nectar
i'm expecting amex to add a further 1000 on my second statement. Making the full 6000

I signed u before the 31st but didn't use it till april. But t/c don't mention spending. So all the points should be forthcomming

these are the t/c i signed up to ....

"If approved for the Nectar credit card and you make your application through Nectar eStores by 31st March 2007 you will receive 2000 base points from American Express when the card is used for the first time plus an additional 4000 Nectar bonus points from Nectar (these will be awarded separately to your account by 31st May 2007).

Looks like I've got the 2nd Nectar 2,000 points too. Here's hoping we get the full 6,000 without lots of hassle. :cool:

Me too, 5000 out of 6000, contacted Nectar customer services this morning and after stating my case and being put on hold twice I was eventually assured that the final 1000 points will be allocated to my account at the end of May. This is not how the original offer should have worked and I'm not sure if the points would have been allocated had I not badgered customer services over the last 6 weeks.

And me too, 5000 added in total, 1000 to go. I know these are freebies, but what a shambolic way for 2 big organisations to conduct themselves. Some points here, some points there <shakes head>.

A deals a deal. I signed up for the card, they approved it, I got the card, I bought me mars bar, I've kept to my end of the T&C's, so just gimme MY 6000 points and stop playing hard to get!!!!!!!! (s'not my fault ya won't be getting a penny of interest outta me now is it Mr Amex?)

hmm... not received any points from Amex, just Nectar. How long after using the card for the first time did you receive the Amex points?

i got 1000 plus whatever i bought (i think another 10) on my first statement

I just checked and looks like amex is lining up my second statement but the next 1000 isn't on there yet

not had my second statement through yet so not sure exactly what has been added but my balance was 6100 so I thing I am due another 1000 as already had 1100ish on my nectar card
