    Received pin a week ago but still waiting for card? Not sure if to be worried the card is taking this long to arrive (Easter weekend and all)

    At least the letter with pin number is dated 31 March so my application was accepted by the deadline!

    I don't have the T&Cs unfortunately and can't remember all the details. So it's 2,000 from Amex when I first used the card and 4,000 bonus from Nectar for when I first use the card.

    Is it definitely Amex CS I contact if I have problems with any of the points?

    I used my card well before the deadline but only got 3000 points in total. (2000 from Nectar eStores and 1000 bonus points from Amex). :confused:

    Same with me. I spent on the 24th of March with the card and have so far only been awarded 3000 points. I suppose I will have to email them to get the rest. Why do we always have to fight to get these offers they promise?

    I also got only 3,000 points despite spending on the card on 24th March. I rang the nectar helpline this morning, and after some language difficulties the person on the other end of the phone checked with their supervisor and apparently the other half of the points will be added when I receive my second statement.

    I'm still not entirely sure we were talking about the same thing, so I'll wait until I receive my second statement and if I still don't have the full 6,000 points I'll be writing to nectar (given up on trying to make myself understood via the phone helpline). I can't find an email address, is there anyway to write to customer services other than sending a letter?

    I think I will just wait to see if they appear next month. I noticed they did not an email address to contact. I can not face having to try and make my self understood to yet another Indian call centre.

    Has anyone who originally only got 3000 points (2000 from nectar + 1000 from amex) got the rest of there points owed?

    I noticed i have been credited 3000 so far just wanted to know whats the chances i will get the 3000 im still owed :confused:

    Have just spoken to a lovely lady at Nectar - she agreed that I am entitled to another 3,000 points ( I used the card before 31/3 which offer did say when I signed up) but there has been a delay and it may be end of May before extra points go on. Told to call back at end of May if points not credited.

    I received and used my card before 31st March and was only credited 3000 points. I contacted Nectar who acknowledged the problem and stated that they could not investigate the issue until I received my second statement from Amex next month but could not explain why!
  • Hi. First post. I'm in the same boat as the guys above; checking my AMEX on-line statement shows 1,000 bonus points but not the extra. However, on checking my Nectar account on-line this morning, I see that bonus points awarded for an Amazon purchase as part of promotion with them have been deducted without warning. Calls to Nectar hopeless. Are they unable to cope with the admin of the added business/ promo's they set-up? Also , anyone who, like me, tried to get some half-price CDs as part of their recent promotion might also question this - the offer appeared/ disappeared ("sold out) after 2 days/ reappeared 1 day later/ disappeared again shortly afterwards again...
