Think it will be ongoing Nick.........they said "your move" ........and as the aerial guy said, he has a 30 day response time............ so my guess is Orange have too??
Hence all the talks between the legal team and Ofcom?0 -

Absolute waste of time.
I was meant to be on the show but they cancelled as they said they had so many to interview in the West Midlands they couldn't make it over to me.
Not one interview, not one mention of mis-selling.
Hopefully just the first salvo...maybe a follow up next week?0 -
Hope springs eternal.0

What is a decent fairly cheap alternative with 'unlimited' broadband? I would even stay with Orange if they didn't require you to switch your line rental to them also, that's what annoys me. I just want to keep my line rental where it is0

I'm not affected by this, but thought I'd add my twopenneth worth about Watchdog.
What I fear will happen is that they will revisit this story next week or the week after and the whole thing will be a 'Watchdog had these complaints and look at what we've managed to get done for our viewers' rather than giving credit to this site0 -
Another thought!
Orange stated the offer ran from October 2006
Mine was from July 2006.......still got the delivery note
Still unable to find T&Cs prior to October..........wiped off the internet0 -
i've contacted orange executive office today, they told me the fairies will call from a special dept set up to resolve the issue's with losing broadband. i've simple told them that they have miss sold me a 24 month contract, when i renewed my contract it was on the basis of broadband deal. i simply want out of my contract for miss selling it to me orange you can go to hell i'm just waiting for them to cancel my broadband service and as soon as they do, i will cancel my dd and fight them in court (orange jog on............) iv'e got 19m left to run on contract ?[/B]0

I really don't hold out much hope for BBC Watchdog. As a television entertainment programme, it's not really there to address issues, but to provide something for people to sit down and watch.
However, their coverage of this at all does show us that there are more than 4 or 5 complaints about it.
I do suggest that anyone who's already been in touch with the programme send a follow up email, detailing how Orange is not dealing with the complaints.0 -
